Im oberen Bereich liegen Wohnzimmer mit TV, Küche und Esszimmer (ebenfalls mit TV) mit oberer Terrasse zum Garten mit altem Baumbestand. Das Gäste-WC kann mitbenutzt werden. Bäcker, Bus- und Bahnstation (8 min. zum Hbf.) sind 300 m entfernt.

The city center and the Bremen "Viertel" (Ostertor/Steintor) can also be easily reached. You can walk to the nearest tram stops in about 5 minutes. A cat lives downstairs in the house. There is internet with WiFi access ! However, no super fast fiber optic cable ! Not selectable here in the center!

Airport is about 10 minutes away. Please note that our apartment is not suitable for small children.
