With access to the ponderosa pine forest, sauna, walking distance from the historic Lowell Observatory and just minutes from down town Flagstaff this is an all season gem. The beautiful drive to Sedona down the spectacular Oak Creek Canyon is 45 minutes, the South rim of the Grand Canyon a 70 minute drive north and Snowbowl skiing is 20 minutes away. Cross country skiing, Mtn Biking or hiking right out of the front door!I
