Bedroom (22m2), Bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen and laundry area (washing machine). 2 private terraces + direct access to the pool (heated) + solar shower (for hygiene). Large landscaped grounds. Optional breakfasts (€9/person) served on the terrace (June to September) with a magnificent view without any neighbours.

Exceptional view of the village for this independent air-conditioned studio with terrace located on the ground floor of our house. Car parking in the garden. We provide the linens, and towels. We can also provide beach towels 300 meters from the center of the village of Flayosc with all the shops, come and relax in this privileged setting with absolute calm between the sea and the Verdon Gorge. The studio is 40 minutes from Verdon and 35 minutes from the sea.
