The house and furnishings left nothing to be desired, everything was perfect all around. The communication with Cyrill was quick, straightforward, clear. An ideal place to spend (family)holidays. Highly recommended.

Nice place for an overnight stay in Italy. We could check in ourselves which was nice. House is clean and equipped with many facilities. Great place for a family with children. Also thoughtful Easter eggs upon entry! In short, maybe next year again!

We had a wonderful stay at this great house with incredible views! The house is modern, clean, nicely decorated, with spacious rooms and fitted wardrobes, nothing is missing. The highlight is definitely the outdoor area with covered seating, lounge and garden!

Very cosy and well equipped appartment in close proximity to the Flims ski slopes. Spectacular outdoor scenery to enjoy from the appartment's terrace. Perfect for a ski holiday or any other outdoor activity. Would gladly come again.

Oliver's apartment is highly recommended! We felt very comfortable😊. Location The location is great! Skiing: the bus stops at the front door and takes 1 minute to the cable cars in Flims. In the afternoon you can still sunbathe on the balcony. 🌞 Facilities Especially the kitchen is really well furnished. No cheap materials have been used. Top appliances, great finishes and comfortable furniture in the apartment. You can see small signs of wear every now and then, but totally ok and so it's much more sustainable💯. The children's room was smaller than expected, but still totally cosy. Additional 🧖🏼‍♀️ The swimming pool and sauna are right in the annex. The use is - once you understand it (everything is explained and the residents of Casa Caglims are super nice and helpful) - pleasant and soothing. You'll also have the sauna to yourself. The apartment is in a great location. Especially in front of the bus that leads to the ski resort. In addition, it has been very cozy, perfectly equipped and just right for us. Nicole is friendly and communication went perfectly. Looking forward to next time!

We had a very nice stay for our skiing weekend. The flat was comfy with a beautiful view to the mountains. We felt right at home. Billy always responded quickly and we could arrange arrival and departure flexibly. In the winter you can probably ski down to the gondola. Later in the season when there is no snow anymore in the valley, you have two walk down about 500m or go to the underground parking lot close to the gondola by car.

The accommodation (no. 1, ground floor) in a house with about 7 apartments plus associated infrastructure (ski cellar, leisure room, carport per apartment, garbage separation area, black board with information, laundry cellar) is comfortably furnished in the 80/90s style and above all very well equipped (and everything labeled); especially the modern kitchen (e.g. incl. Fondue equipment). Heating was warm and beds cozy, we didn't have to freeze. Images correspond to reality and everything is well organized. It is located 50 m from the Rhine and only a 5-minute walk from the thermal bath in a very quiet residential area. All necessary shops are also within walking distance.

A really lovely hideaway in a beautiful valley! Free parking available directly outside the apartment, and the views are spectacular. The apartment is super clean and stays warm in the winter. The shower is excellent! We cooked our own dinner for a couple of nights and found everything we needed - utensils, spices, napkins, etc. Elena was a fantastic host, explaining the local restaurants and sights to us. Everything about our stay was perfect!

Second stay. Quiet, very clean, and very simple. I highly recommend it if you want to work remotely and enjoy nature!

About as perfect an airbnb as you can imagine. James's place is his own holiday home and you can tell by all the personality it has. We stayed for a week of skiing and found it an incredibly comfortable and relaxing place to call home. It helps that James did everything he could to make us feel that way. Couldn't recommend it more if you're after a place to unwind and are the sort of person who will take care of a place as if it were your own. Deserves no less.

Great terrace with beautiful views, spacious living space. Great equipped kitchen. Top ski room and the luxury of driving from the garage directly into the apartment by elevator.

Anna’s place was above and beyond what we expected. It was cozy, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had plenty of supplies. We had the best time and would definitely book again.

We again had a very pleasant stay in one of Anne's apartments and can only further recommend it. Perfect location, very nice apartment and the sauna is definitely a bonus compared to other apartments in the resort. Very friendly communication, clear instructions and fast response times. The best has been the fast communication about our forgotten jackets and the fact that they were sent to us by post already the next day.

Joelle is very responsive and kind. The apartment is spacious, bright, and well equipped. Perfect for a family of 4-5. Super position with easy access to many beautiful hikes (some start exactly from the apartment e.g. Rocabella or Pass da Sett), lots of tranquility, and a quick drive to more populated Engadin and Surses.

Very satisfied with the place and the friendly hosts. There is nothing to complain about . We will definitely come back!

Nice place to start your holiday if you are heading south. Spacious apartment with a double bed and two spacious sofa beds. The sofas were already neatly made for us. The surroundings are very beautiful. Unfortunately we could not use the playground equipment outside, because there were cars parked in front of it. There were some nice children's toys in the room. The children could play with these inside, which was a nice bonus.
