Sigrún’s place was perfect for our family of 4. In a beautiful, private setting just outside of Selfoss, looks exactly like the photos. It is small but had everything we needed for our short stay. In addition, Sigrún was very responsive and had helpful tips for a comfortable stay.

One of the best places we stayed while in Iceland. We were able to walk to the private black sand beach to watch the sunset. So picturesque and beautiful. The yurt was very comfortable. The heated beds were perfect. Even caught a glimpse of the northern lights! Cannot recommend this place enough.

We had a lovely few days here during a road trip around South Iceland. The golden circle is easily accessible, as well as the waterfalls along the South coast. The place was very cosy with a well-stocked kitchen (oil, herbs, etc.) and the bed was extremely comfortable. It definitely felt like a place that the owners cared about.

It was the perfect stay for my family and I. Loved seeing the horeses through the window every morning!
