Furnished with great care and style in the colors of taupe, light gray and white with some details in gold and black. 55-inchTV with Netflix available to our guests, fast WIFI via fiber, heating and air conditioning. The apartment is located in a strategic position, Via Maggio n.1: in the heart of the city, between Borgo San Frediano (considered by Lonely Planet one of the coolest neighborhoods in the world) and the extraordinary monuments and masterpieces of Florence such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Museum, Il Duomo and the elegant Via Tornabuoni with its super-chic shops. The possibility of self-check in will soon be available, especially for those who have to arrive after 7 pm. the entire apartment. We will be at your disposal to give you all informations to spend an authentic vacation in Florence! The apartment is located in the heart of Florence’s historic center, a stone's throw from the famous Ponte Vecchio and its famed jewelry shops. Take a stroll to the Santo Spirito district to discover its lively cafes and vibrant Tuscan restaurants. From the train station Santa Maria Novella you can take the taxi (just 5 minutes) or the bus number 6 and get off in Lungarno Guicciardini ( the bus stop is called "Pescaia di santa Rosa") and from there 2 minutes by walk. If you have the car you can park at the Garage Lungarno in Borgo San Iacopo 10 (+39.055.282542 - two minutes by walk from our apartment) If you book it you will avoid the fine as it is in ZTL area. From the Airport of Florence "Amerigo Vespucci" you can take the taxi (around 20 minutes) or take the special bus to reach the central train station; check the website for timetable: www.areoporto.firenze.it on item Transports. The apartment is located in ancient building at the first floor (20 confort steps to make) no elevator. The apartement can accomodate up to 3 adults (King size bed 1,80 m x 2 m, 1 confort sofa bed 1,20 m x 1,90 ) both with lattex hypoallergenic mattresses). It will be possible also to 2 adults with 2 teenagers. Our staff will attend the check-in from 04.00 until 07.00 but if you need a different time please feel to ask and we can find a suitable solution for you . Self check-in will be also available asap. The air conditioning will be at your disposal from middle of April (work in progress)

The owners have enriched this environment with excellent amenities to give maximum comfort to those who come for work (the WiFi, despite being a historic building, is perfect) and maximum practicality and elegance to those traveling with family (parquet, anti-noise curtains and privacy). All spaces of the apartment are private. Welcome communication via Airbnb chat, email, phone, text, WhatsApp The Via de' Conti area is very elegant and with excellent shops, restaurants, spas and trendy bars. It is located in the heart of downtown Florence: the Duomo and the train station are within walking distance. From Via dei Conti it is very easy to walk to any of the city's major attractions such as the Duomo, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio. But also Fortezza and other destinations are easy to reach, even with bags. Fast trains are a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Many guests find it amazing to have a day trip to Rome, Venice or Milan from this location. Taxi service and buses / trams are also available just around the corner

L'appartamento fu eretto nel Rinascimento ( intorno al 1550 ) e si trova in centro a Firenze, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni principale SANTA MARIA NOVELLA. L'abitazione è dotata di tantissime comodità , dall'aria condizionata centralizzata a molti altri servizi per un soggiorno in completo relax . Tutte le attrazioni tra cui il Duomo e Piazza Signoria sono vicinissime. Nella stessa strada della casa ci sono tre ottimi RISTORANTI che consiglio vivamente di provare .
