CIN IT087031C2P3JP7EIZ A Nicolosi, alle pendici dell'Etna, affittiamo uso turistico e solo a non residenti graziosa dependance completa di tutti i comfort: posto auto in giardino, bagno con doccia, angolo cottura attrezzato di stoviglie e frigorifero, divano, climatizzazione, tv, letto matrimoniale e un divano letto. Lavatrice. Ampio spazio verde, arredo giardino, piscina, giochi da giardino. WiFi. Solo l’ingresso e la piscina sono condivisi con i proprietari. Supermercato raggiungibile a piedi.

Attico Barocco

Elegante attico di 135mq nel cuore del Barocco catanese, servito da ascensore, con terrazza panoramica su via Etnea, piazza Università. L'appartamento si compone di ampia zona giorno, con cucina attrezzata (lavastoviglie, forno, piano ad induzione, macchina del caffè), e due ampie suites matrimoniali con bagno privato. Dotato di aria condizionata/riscaldamento, WIFI, TV in ogni stanza, lavabiancheria, asciugacapelli, è stato interamente ristrutturato con uno stile ricercato, dal design moderno.

Rifugio SERCLA

Incantevole rifugio immerso nel caratteristico paesaggio di vecchie colate laviche e boschi nel versante est dell' Etna, a quota 900 mt circa, attrezzato per brevi soggiorni per ospitare fino a 4 persone. Contesto ideale per amanti della natura e della tranquillità, nel vulcano più grande d'Europa, ricco di itinerari percorribili a piedi o in mountain bike. Il rifugio è ubicato in pieno percorso della gara di MTB "ETNA MARATHON" . Il rifugio offre piacevoli soggiorni in tutte le stagioni.
