Welcome! Located in a residential neighborhood. We’ve decorated the apartment with a mix of modern and vintage furnishings to create a relaxing atmosphere. Comfortable beds, fresh linens and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. NO washer/dryer on the premises. Laundromat is nearby. Backyard has lawn furniture and a table to enjoy a meal outside or the evening shade. NO pets/animals. Smoking is allowed in the backyard only. These rules make it comfortable for all guests. There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.

It is 12 minutes from Texas Tech and 9 minutes from LCU. There is a full supermarket 6 minutes away. Convenience store 2 miles away. Levelland is 20 miles away and Shallowater is 8 miles away.
