Located in the middle of the polder with unobstructed views, yet Middelburg and the beach are always close by. Beach House Het Beach House is één van de stijlvolle suites van Het Sfeerhuis aan Zee met eigen entree in het centrum van Vlissingen. Dit sfeervolle tweekamerappartement beschikt over een woonkamer met gezellige zithoek en eettafel, een aparte slaapkamer en een keuken met alles voor een comfortabel verblijf. From March 2017, our vacation home Zeelandrust is for rent on the beautiful island of Walcheren, just 2 kilometers away from the beach of Zoutelande. The house is next to our arable farm, but not so close that you will be bothered by it. Around the house is a terrace with unobstructed views of the dunes at the front and beautiful sunsets in spring and autumn. The dunes of Zoutelande are 2 kilometers away. Outside the holidays, it is also possible with breakfast (in consultation).

This beautiful centrally located accommodation is brand new. The studio with 2 floors is located in the large converted barn adjacent to our own home. It has a spacious private garden with BBQ and garden set where you can enjoy the sun. Downstairs is a cozy, tastefully decorated living room with kitchen. Both have all the comforts. Upstairs is a large bedroom and spacious modern bathroom with rain shower. The studio is suitable for 2 people and possibly a small child.

Between Middelburg and Vlissingen is our newly built detached guest house, Studio Abeele. The location has a kitchen with bar table and sitting area, sanitary room with shower and a spacious sleeping loft. There is underfloor heating and floor cooling in the summer. You have access to a sunny terrace and lawn. Parking is available on the premises or for free in the street.

Het vakantiehuis is gelegen aan de rand van Veere, grenzend aan het Veerse meer en op 5 km van het strand en Middelburg. Een diversiteit aan goede restaurants en bezienswaardigheden vind u op loopafstand.
