Our stone house with a private pool is fully furnished, located 5 hours from Istanbul via the Yenifoça highway and 3 hours from Bursa. Our own private house with a private pool is located in a quiet area with olive trees. Our house is 8 minutes from Yenifoça Oasis marina, 10-15 minutes by car from private and public beaches. We did not put old and inadequate items to rent, many of our items are new and fully furnished, especially kitchen utensils. A peaceful holiday awaits you in the sounds of birds🪻

Evin tam karsisindaki sahil yüzmek icin focanin en ideal sahilidir, kayaliksiz, kum tabanlidir. Voodoo plaji 1 km mesafededir. Migros supermarket evin hemen yaninda konumlanir. Mutfak tam donanimli olup kapsul kahve makinesi, turk kahve makinesi, cay makinesi kullaniminiza sunulmustur. Mulkte 2 adet klima bulunmaktadir.

Guesthouse in the old town

Welcome to Eski Foça - the small stone house is located in the middle of the old town by the small harbor and impresses with its central location to the sea (150 m), cafes... The stone house (built in 1877) was planned and restored with a lot of love for detail. A double bed (160 cm), TV, air conditioning with virus filter and a private bathroom complete the room. We can also offer you boat trips and airport transfers for an extra charge. Please note that the garden is shared with me.

Welcome to our Gabya Villa. You will have a great experience with your private swimming pool and garden. It is 5 minutes by car to Old Foça. There is a bus stop within a very short walking distance for those who do not have a car. The rooms have air conditioning. We also have another Gabya villa next to it. Large groups can contact us. Our location is very suitable for hiking and plant gathering. We offer a peaceful environment where you will feel intertwined with nature with our gardens, pergolas and fruit trees. In addition, the ESHOT 750 bus passing by our door provides ease of transportation.
