host was helpful with any needs. the house was one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in and was just like in the photos. if I go again, I would prefer it again, we were very satisfied. Thank you for everything

The place is a well laid out 2 bedroom apartment. It is really as nice as it looks in the pictures. The apartment is clean and has everything that you would need. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is just a few steps away from the waterfront. Dr. Hassan is a wonderful host. He is very responsive to queries. We would definitely stay at his place again.

The location of the house is very nice , you can have a very nice holiday even when you arrive with your private vehicle. The house was very clean, everything you need is available, if I go to warm up again, I will definitely choose the same place again.

Mr. Ümit answered all my questions quickly. The cleanliness and location of the house were very nice. There is nothing in the house that you can be uneasy about. She's very kind and warm. It is a place that meets your expectations with its great location , quiet and peaceful surroundings in Yeni Foça. It's a great advantage that it's close to the beach , the grocery store and the bakery. We would like to thank Mr. Kaan and his family , especially Ms. Hüsniye for their hospitality.

We had a very pleasant stay. The beautiful beach is right in front of the house, which was a real highlight for us. The accommodation itself is quite small but nicely furnished and very clean. We had to get used to the limited storage space, especially in the bathroom, and had to figure out where to put our things. The kitchen equipment was okay, but the stovetop was quite weak and didn’t get hot enough for proper frying. However, the washing machine and dishwasher were a great plus. The check-in process with the key box was super easy and went very smoothly. Ilke was extremely helpful and always responded very quickly to any questions we had, providing us with great tips for the area. Parking spaces were available nearby, which was convenient. Apart from occasional noise from military helicopters and shooting practice at the nearby military area, it was otherwise very quiet and peaceful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this accommodation to others.

We were very satisfied with Ms. Eda's quick replies and hostess. She didn't know anything about her, but even though it was the morning of the holiday, she took care of the negativity right away. The house had all kinds of kitchens and household items. There was only a luggage and an environment to come. It was a very calm and serene environment due to the fact that it was on the site. We had a lovely dinner and morning breakfast at the porch. It is a relaxing environment for families with children to leave their children alone and relax. The house was almost in the sea in a great location as shown in the photos. Very nice choice to have a peaceful holiday away from the crowds. The kitchen had everything you could need. The cleanliness was sufficient. We were very satisfied, we would definitely consider coming back.

We stayed at Ferdi's place for a week and had a super nice time. Various beaches, restaurants and convenience stores can be reached quickly. With the Dolmus, other places (such as Alacati, Cesme city) are also easily accessible. Glad to come back!

We first booked through Airbnb. I have to say, there were no problems. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and it has everything you need. There is also a pool, which was also very well maintained and clean. A clear 10 out of 10 :)

In addition to being a house decorated with nice and quality materials, there was none in the house. There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches. We would also like to thank Mr. Osman for his interest and quick replies.

The place was very nice, right in the center of old town Bazar which is the most beautiful area in Kuşadası I believe. Ayşegül was so sweet, nice and helpful. It was clean and nice, lots of bars and restaurants around to have fun. Plus it's close to the port. Definitely recommend it.
