In probably the most luxurious rentable chalet in the Lachtal, at 1,600 meters above sea level, your dream vacation will come true. Enjoy ski-in/ski-out in winter! We completed this dream chalet with about 200 m² of usable space in 2020 to spend our vacations in the beautiful Lachtal together with our two children. Whether you're in the living room, at the dining table, on the terrace, in the garden or in the hot tub – everywhere you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

Three Birds Guest house, a rural riverside home

Enjoy your stay in this simple flat in an old house between Hieflau at the Enns river and Eisenerz, the medieval mining town for iron. Listen to the rushing Alpine river Erzbach; climb some peaks in the surrounding Alps or swim in the lake Leopoldsteinersee in a 10km bike ride on a cycle path. Update June 2025: works started to build a water power station on the river below the house. As a result there might be noise between 6:30am and 4pm on weekdays while the river bank is not accessible.

1A Chalet Horst - ski and Panorama Sauna

Relax with the whole family in this newly built luxury wellness "1A Chalet" WITHIN MINIMUM DISTANCE OF THE SKI SLOPE IN THE SKI AREA AT KLIPPITZTÖRL, with glazed panoramic sauna and relaxation room! Towels/bed linen are INCLUDED in the price! The 1A Chalet Klippitzhorst is situated at approx. 1,550 hm and is surrounded by ski slopes and hiking areas. The ski lifts are a short distance away on foot/skis or by car! High-quality box-spring beds ensure the highest level of sleeping pleasure.

Quaint mountain hut (self-catering)

The mountain hut, built around 1900, is located at 1150 m above sea level, far away from public roads. 1 neighbouring hut. The hut is particularly suitable for motorsport fans (or for family members who do not want to go down :-)), it is only 3 km (6.4 km road) as the crow flies to the Red Bull Ring - engine noises audible. The cottage has its own source, electricity through PV system. Access: steep, unpaved forest road. 4x4 - at your own risk! Bring your own bedding / towels.

Cozy garden apartment near Formula 1 Circus

Two fun-loving pensioners rent out their cozy home for guests: The lower floor of our two-family house in rural surroundings is completely available to you. Beautiful garden terrace and garden for chilling ... a hike at the Zirbitzkogel ... a bike ride on the Mur bike path … an exciting day at the RED BULL Ring (FORMULA 1, Moto GP,DTM) ...or as a relaxed stopover on the way home from the south. Our holiday home is in a quiet location, yet very easily accessible, because there is a very good road connection and direct connection to the bike path. Hiking trails into the forest also start right from the house. The house is very spacious and very close to nature inside and out. The spacious garden and terrace area offers peace, space and a good view of the adjacent meadows, forests and the farm.

Diese liebevoll gestaltete Maisonette mit überdachter Terrasse und großem Balkon wurde 2022 komplett neu errichtet und bietet dir alles, was du für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in den Bergen brauchst. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Obertraun in unmittelbarer Nähe zum malerischen Hallstättersee sowie dem Einstieg in das Dachstein-Krippenstein Skigebiet und ist auch bequem per Bahn erreichbar.

The vacation home dasBergblick is situated in a quiet location and offers plenty of feel-good atmosphere with direct views of the Hoher Sarstein. The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.

Bergzeit Gosau

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.

Located at 1200 meters above sea level on a picturesque southern slope, we find the Saualmleitn. Relaxation and peace in an absolute secluded location, holiday in the countryside in a modern ambience crowned by a natural pool filled with spring water, a homemade bath barrel and a panoramic sauna.
