These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. Spikarna is an old fishing camp with nice views both summer and winter and a walk away there are nice forests, lookout spots and beaches.

The house is built in the 1880s and was originally a lodge that was then rebuilt into a residential house. The house is located in beautiful Forsa in a rural environment and is therefore also decorated in a rural style. Nature is close by and so are golf courses, ski trails and mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is also Hälsingegården Ystegårn, which has both a restaurant and an interior design shop.
