Edge of forest restyled cottage-55min from Paris

6 nights minimum during school holidays. I’ve recently re-opened the July/ August calendar. Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare forest famous for its bolders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

400m from the center of a charming village with lots of shops, restaurants, museums and activities. Private swimming pool. Large walled garden and terraces. BED LINEN NOT PROVIDED but there are towels, tea towels, sponges… NO BED LINEN Toys, children's books, board games, DVDs. Outdoor games, sandbox, trampoline... "feeder" garden: aromatics, strawberries, raspberries, tomato plants... Quiet neighborhood: Forbidden parties. Accessible by transport: RER+shuttle (except Sunday)

In the heart of the Trois Pignons forest, the house is located in a privileged setting with immediate access to climbing sites, 7 minutes from Milly la Forêt and 20 minutes from Fontainebleau. On large forest land of more than 2000 m2, it consists of a large pyramidal living room of 50 m² with fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with 140 and 160 double beds, a 120 sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, double sink, independent toilet. Sleeps 4/5 or 6 depending on children.
