We particularly liked the vacation. The house is very cozy and well equipped, the garden is beautiful and the host is super nice. In short, it couldn't have been better and we will definitely come back. Massimiliano is a very warm and courteous person, always helpful and committed to making you feel comfortable. You can feel the love and devotion he has put into the house and garden. This also makes it an authentic place with a pleasant atmosphere where you want to come back at any time. Whether looking at olive and pepper trees in the hammock or cooking in the well-equipped kitchen: There is nothing missing and it far exceeded our wishes. For example, two bikes were provided free of charge, it has a top grill, tajine, dough machine and much more. Otherwise, everything was to our complete satisfaction. Upon arrival we got fresh eggs and fruit from the garden. Top recommendation, gladly come back!

Ivana's apartment is very spacious, centrally located both in the village and in the area. The apartment on the ground floor is characterized by large spaces very suitable for families with children, the house is equipped with many amenities and certainly the double bathroom is an added value! Mrs. Ivana was always ready and available at any time for local advice or for any explanations about the apartment. Maximum availability also for our check-in and check-out as we had tight times. The village of Fonteblanda is a 6/7-minute drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of the area, such as Osa beach, and a 5-minute drive from the sea with rocks such as Bengodi beach, they are worth visiting, in addition to the beautiful village of Talamone that stands out over the sea. We had a fantastic stay at Serena's apartment in the old historic fortress. Fort Talamonacchio is in an exceptional location and the views are breathtakingly beautiful. The apartment is equipped with everything needed. From the terrace with seating and lounging furniture to the living area with comfortable couch and high quality induction stove in the small but functional kitchen, the bathroom with bidet and washing machine to the quiet bedroom with king-size bed, the apartment offers everything needed for an discovering holiday in Tuscany. The location is perfect to explore the coastal town of Talamone, Maremma National Park, the beach and much more. Serena's helpful tips on the surrounding area, shopping and restaurant recommendations have additionally enriched our stay. We are happy to recommend the apartment.

Beautiful, secluded and quiet house. Apartment complete with anything you can imagine, as well as a welcome kot consisting of a full aperitif, breakfast food and coffee machine with waffles at your disposal.
