Our family stay at this magical country home was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into a more peaceful world. The setting is breathtaking—peaceful, serene, and nestled into the edge of the Serra da Estrella mountains. Every detail of the property is thoughtfully designed to create a cozy and enchanting atmosphere. The host was absolutely amazing—warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond!

Undoubtedly of the best weekends I've ever spent. The house is super cozy, comfortable and extremely beautiful, with a touch of rustic and modern, providing a unique experience. We feel all connected with nature at the same time due to the surrounding nature of the house, which provides an incredible leisure space, making it possible to take walks along the mountain, and at the same time has wonderful landscapes to accompany our stay there, taking breakfast with a landscape to accompany it that creates unique memories. It could not be missed to give a thank you to Mrs. Paula for her kindness in expediting our arrival, facilitating not only the arrival at home, but also for waiting for our arrival at home, although the hours were not very convenient, having been at all times very helpful with everything. And to finish big, he still showed extreme sympathy to have let us out later, to arrange everything calmly. A thank you for everything......

Accommodation suitable for a large family or group of friends Well arranged and extremely clean A magnificent view. Very good hospitality and a small tour upon arrival.

The property is located together with a neighboring building on a small road that leads to the mountains and as a shortcut to the main road about 600 m further above. Despite the window open, this was not very disruptive. The apartment is on two levels in the basement. In front of the front door is a small private yard with barbecue and seating/table. The car can be parked on the property ( above the small courtyard). The pool is accessible at all times, was already warm (but not heated), is very large and was very clean. There are loungers by the pool and you have a great view. Small supermarket in the village (very friendly owner!) and some places nearby.

The house is spacious and tastefully furnished. The welcome was very warm and hospitable. There was fruit bread, butter, jam milk, juice and coffee. The location is very quiet and rural in the middle of a small village. Bread can be ordered from the cafe on the square around the corner. In the neighborhood there are some larger places with all the amenities.

We decided to spend Christmas Eve away from home, we chose Ju's house and we couldn't have chosen better! The best hostess in the world, very dear, very helpful and friendly ! We can only thank you. The house is wonderful, nothing is missing! We loved it. I can only recommend it very, very much!

Staying here was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had thru Airbnb. The farm is beautiful and private. We’re lucky to have the whole place for us and phenomenal weather. The chalé we stayed at was wonderful and surroundings were perfect to watch the sunset over the faraway mountains. Just paradise. We had some trouble with our car when leaving and asked for help to Mrs. Conceição. She promptly had someone from the farm, Mrs Teresa and Mr Antonio, who help us out and solved our problem. Awesome people all around. Loved it and I recommend it.

Have a great stay with your family. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. We were greeted very well with several welcome gifts. The bedding is however very aging ( many springs) but the value for money is unbeatable. The outside, the village and the house are very nice. Thank you for a lovely family stay

We spent 3 unforgettable family days at the house of Postigo. We were very well received and treated during this period by Luísa, always helpful and attentive to our needs. The house is excellent for its comfort, equipment, cleaning and location. For those who like nature, tranquility, a beautiful sunset and excellent deal, this house is an excellent choice!! We will not hesitate to return!!

Everything was great! We were very well received, the house is very cozy, clean and with all the necessary conditions for our stay. Very nice and beautiful place. We really enjoyed it. I recommend it :)

We stayed with our 2 small children (2 and 4 years) on the Quinta of Tim and Saartje. And we had such a nice time! Tim and Saartje make you comfortable during the whole stay of personal welcome, always available (by phone and physically) for questions and until waving off on departure. We felt right at home! Casa Rincon is even more spacious and fun than in the pictures, everything super clean and kitchen with all the comforts! After a good night's sleep on nice beds, we could also order delicious sandwiches for breakfast! We enjoyed the space around the property, the silence and tranquility. Our sons were able to enjoy themselves for hours on the playground equipment and in the sandbox while we could enjoy the beautiful view. Nearby, there is plenty to do. Saartje and Tim know enough about that too. You do need a car, but everything is easily accessible from Quinta da Estrela. In short, really a perfect holiday address, especially with children!
