Enjoy this peaceful retreat with views of a mature forest and the San Francisco Peaks! Deer and elk graze across the ravine outside your bedroom window, and hummingbirds drink nectar from the abundant wildflowers. This is a really special spot! Still, our home sits inside Flagstaff, with all its amenities: cafes, roasteries, beer gardens, and breweries. The apartment is above a shop/home office space in a separate building from the main house on our 5.5 acres. There is a sunny, full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, full bath and a large private deck. The urban trail is 1/4 mi away, NAU is 3 mi, downtown is 4mi, Snowbowl is 19 miles, and Fort Tuthill starts at the urban trail, and the fairgrounds are a 1 mi walk. There is an window A/C unit in the main room during the summer (approx May-Sept).
