This is in a peaceful villa area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is listening, so this space is not suitable for parties and noise, but is suitable for quiet smoke-free people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and the surrounding area!

The house has a 20 sqm base, but is efficiently utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

Sunday open Joker nearby. 5 min walk to Eiksmarka subway that takes you to the city center in about 15 min. Bus from Niels Leuch's road goes to Bekkestua and Lysaker. Less than 1 km to Bærumsmarka with great hiking opportunities.
