Monthly Rentals in Fountain Hills

We are so thankful to have stayed at Kellie and Angel's place! Their condo was beautiful, clean, and in such a great location - close to so much in Fountain Hills! Kellie was so kind, responsive, and helpful, and went above and beyond to give us a great stay! We absolutely loved Fountain Hills and Tonto National Forest. This whole area is so beautiful and has so much to do. We are very grateful for this stay, and would gladly recommend their place and this area to others - and would love to stay again! :) Thank you, Kellie and Angel!

The Casita was the perfect place to stay when my sisters and I had to move out of our house for 18 days during a major home improvement project. It was quiet, cozy, and comfortable. Much better appointed than other Airbnbs where I have stayed. We also enjoyed use of the patio and the grill. Ted always responded promptly when I contacted him. If you are planning a stay in Fountain Hills, Arizona I highly recommend the Casita!

Wonderful location! We walked to coffee and the fountain playground every morning with our kids. The unit was clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

We had a great time living at Joel’s condo. It’s only 0.4 mile to the fountain park. People living in the community are friendly. Walking to the nearby grocery stores takes only 5 mins. Joel responded to our text message quickly. It’s a pleasant experience.
