Vacation rentals in Frailes

Beautiful apt with a balcony & gorgeous ocean view, nice living room w/TVs in LR& BR. Directly on the beach with big pool too! Chairs were provided, but we opted to rent a one umbrella and two chaise lounges on the beach - easy and inexpensive ($20). Used the provided cooler and purchased some frozen bags of ice, and it was perfect. Apt had everything needed, grocery shopped nearby at Pueblo, maintained some breakfast items & snacks in the apt. Underground, indoor parking space a big plus since we rented a car. Location is excellent, easy driving distance to everything. Super walkable to the El San Juan Hotel (10 min). The only issue was two power outages in PR. Common areas all have light, working elevators, and the apt had water for showers, the toilet worked fine, plus a couple of battery lights were provided for nighttime. We spent one day at the mall (which had full power), and another at the beach so it was fine. Definitely recommend and will return! Thank you Beatrice!

Great value for money. Cesar is a responsive host with the place having the basic amenities needed for a place to stay when you're spending all your time exploring outside, not for lounging. The space can hold 2 people and the neighborhood was in a convenient location, was quiet and felt safe.

It's a nice place, just as the pictures. Right next to the beach and really close to the airport. I recommend it.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The neighborhood was incredibly calm and safe, which made for a peaceful stay which was extremely important to me during my extended stay with my family. Plus, the convenience of a walkable supermarket nearby was a huge plus and the location puts you at about 1-3 hrs to every part of the island if you are looking to travel outside of Levittown. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Definitely felt like home the moment my family and I arrived there. The kids love the fact that the beach was in our backyard. The host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again and fully recommend.

We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

Very good communication at all times, easy arrival and everything close, very good location

It has a lot of space, we had four people so the two bathrooms were really nice. We enjoy the casino next door, being able to go eat at the restaurant in Embassy was convenient when we didn’t want to drive anywhere.

Had a great time at Jenniffer’s place. Large group of 7 and had plenty of space. AC worked great, instructions were easy to understand and follow, and the parking spot was large enough for an SUV. The location was excellent, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The beach was only steps away and was beautiful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
