Third time staying at Mary’s and we couldn’t say enough great things about it! We love coming back year after year

Great host and a great location. We arrived late in the evening and had no problem finding the home and getting settled. It was very comfortable for our road tripping family.

This was a great find! The house was very spacious and accommodating to our group. We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities and supplies that were available. The smoke detector was beeping because of low battery, but the hosts were there in less than 10 minutes to fix it— so awesome! This was great for exploring the middle of the bourbon trail & we will definitely be recommending to others!

The place is walkable to downtown and only 2 blocks from a famous local candy shop with 20 minute tours of their production facility. It is worth trying. Downtown is a beautiful walk with art, historical signage near the buildings, nice shops, coffee, ice cream, and an art walk. This is a beautiful little town with easy access to the Bourbon Trail. The house is clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen with plenty of coffee and tea to get you going in the morning.

Highly recommend! The house was perfect for 2 couples. Loved the charm of the house. Beds were super comfortable! We did a little cooking and I found the kitchen to be excellently appointed which is usually not the case! I didn’t need to use the skillet, knife or cutting board I packed. We had 2 dogs with us and the riverfront park is super close. Easy walk to restaurants downtown. We brought a couple stadium chairs and the 4 of us enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings.

Logan went above and beyond when the Kentucky river began overflowing near the house. He quickly coordinated another location so we would remain safe and made sure the unexpected change was as easy as possible. The entire stay exceeded expectations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bennett House. The house was very comfortable and spacious. We found the location to be perfect for all the things we wanted to do in Frankfort, Louisville and Lexington. An enjoyable walk to the quaint downtown of Frankfort. Would love to come back.

We had a great time staying at Bobbie's & TJ's home. They are very responsive if you need anything. If we are ever in the area again, we will stay her. I highly recommend this Airbnb home.

Peaceful and quiet! Had everything I needed and was well stocked w towels and soap/detergent etc. Could use more cookware but I had my own. It is an old house and has old house quirks. Shanda was super responsive and helpful with any issues or questions. I really liked the location - nice spot between Frankfort and Lexington. Super close to distilleries and plenty to explore.

Exactly as described and impeccably clean, great direction to park and entire the unit. Host was available when any questions came about, I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Wonderful very convenient location. We loved that it was walking distance from bars and resturants. The owners are very kind and quick to respond to questions and concerns. Overall a A++ place to stay can't wait to come back next year!

Stayed three nights to explore the bourbon trail. Great location - less than hour from most distilleries and less than 10 minutes from Buffalo Trace. Enjoyed walking downtown to restaurants in the evenings. Clean, comfortable condo/apartment with two great beds. This was perfect for our trip!

This place is just about as close to perfect as you’re going to get in a downtown Airbnb. Frankfort is an awesome city and the location of the place is convenient to so many places that are easy to walk to and access. The apartment is well thought out with decor and amenities and is the perfect size for two couples. Because of recent flooding, there was a massive cleanup effort in front of the apartment at the court house and down the street so generators were running all day and night. For an overnight stay, it was fine but just be aware. The locals are so friendly and welcoming. It’s a great community. I’d love to come back and stay!

I had an absolutely lovely stay here! This AirBnB is spacious, comfortable, well-appointed, and pristine. I loved all the natural light coming from the windows overlooking Main Street! It is a quick walk to the Kentucky Historical Society and the rest of downtown, and it is right above my favorite restaurant in town (Goodwood Brewing). Though I didn’t have a chance to stop down this trip, they offer a discount for the AirBnB’s guests!l. I unfortunately had to cut my visit short (due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control), and Olivia accommodated the termination quickly and completely to my satisfaction. When I return to Frankfort, Olivia’s AirBnB is at the very top of my list!

Amelia’s place was spotless, easy to access, and quiet: exactly as advertised. The neighborhood is walkable - no need to drive if you don’t want to.

The house was what we needed. Brandon was very easy to communicate with. He was proactive in communicating what we needed to know. His place was as it was described however the place is better in person. Highly recommend.

Great location. Cool place to stay in downtown Lexington. Loved the outdoor space around the property too!

Great stay. Location really worked for me. Java Jukebox was a three minute walk for great gourmet coffee and a bagel. Rupp is less than a ten min walk. I walked twenty minutes safely to the Kentucky Theater to see a movie. Drove about ten minutes to Keeneland and Kroger store. Great free parking. Hot shower with good pressure. Love ease of self check in and keypad.

This was the perfect stay for a few days in Lexington visiting family and exploring the surrounding area. Safe neighborhood and convenient location. Perfectly sized space for my husband, baby, and I!

Stayed there to visit some bourbon distilleries and also the KY Derby. Wanted a cute place for four adults. The place was clean and looked just like the pics. Check in was clear and easy. We had a small snafu with the washer but it was not a big deal and Jon was super responsive and offered us a solution immediately, which was kind, but we did not need. If we ever come back to the area, would def stay again.

Lovely, spacious and well-appointed apartment in the charming town of Georgetown. Shanita was an amazing host.

Brooke’s place was very comfortable and conveniently located near everything we wanted to do in the area. She was very responsive throughout our entire extended stay. We would happily stay here again when we come to Lexington.
