Vacation rentals in Franklin County

A cozy spot tucked away on a quiet street, just under 10 minutes from Jay Peak. The place was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with essentials like shampoo, body wash, towels, and other toiletries. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare breakfast before heading to the slopes. We picked up groceries at Sylvester’s Market, just a few minutes away, and found some great restaurants nearby for dinner. Overall, a fantastic stay—we’ll definitely be returning!

Errin’s property is absolutely beautiful!! The views and the location are unmatched. She adds thoughtful touches that make you feel welcome like spices, coffee and teas being readily available the moment you arrive. She was responsive and always ready to offer tips and advice/suggestions. This stay in particular was a much-needed reprieve from the most difficult season of my life so far. My sons and I are forever grateful. Thank you!!

We had a great stay. The room was clean and in a great location. The only hiccup we had was the GPS taking us to a different location based on the address given, but a quick call to the building staff directed us right to the correct place.

What an incredible Airbnb! Duncan’s place is one of the nicest and most unique places we’ve ever stayed. A group of us were here for a weekend skiing at Jay. Location was great—a bit hard to find in the snow and make sure your car can handle unplowed roads—but once you’re there it’s amazing. You feel very secluded and the views are awesome. The house itself is awesome—very modern and sleek, and so many cool features and gadgets throughout. We really enjoyed the wood stoves and the covered patio. Everyone had more than enough space to spread out and the two living spaces was awesome. Master bedroom is really nice, and the en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and standalone tub were perfect after a long day skiing at Jay. Duncan was so responsive and helpful and made sure we had a great stay throughout. If you’re skiing Jay or just checking out the area, cannot recommend this Airbnb enough! We will definitely be returning.

We had a great time! Super close to Jay Peak! Awesome wood stove to warm up to after a day of riding! The pool table and dart board kept the kids entertained! We had a blast sledding down the driveway. Thanks so much for allowing us to use your awesome space! Can’t wait to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Molly's house on the lake. The area is rural and beautiful; we spent days kayaking, cycling to nearby islands, and just sitting on the back patio enjoying the lake. Molly was responsive and friendly.

Annie was helpful and proactive from the minute we booked this home. She reached out to offer advice on finding the driveway, parking in icy conditions (which was worth its weight in gold) and left a check-in book full of instructions. The location is great with a stunning view of the mountains and just a 15 minute drive from Smuggler’s Notch. I would absolutely stay here again!
