“Robin’s place is perfect for a weekend getaway! Robin is great at communicating prior to check in and during our stay. The home is very clean and thoughtfully designed+decorated. The views are amazing, very peaceful location. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen, the shower is amazing and the bed is super comfy and cozy. We hiked both days in the Grand Lake side of RMNP, about a 30 minute drive. Desirable location and home. Thank you Robin”

Take a 10 minute walk or short bus ride to the base of the Winter Park Resort to experience incredible skiing and boarding at any of the Resort's Seven Territories. Our large private suite is on the lower level of our home, complete with separate bedroom, kitchenette, hot tub, bathroom/shower & free parking.
“We are so glad we stayed here. The place is so cozy and was perfect for a romantic weekend away in the mountains. It’s tucked away in the mountains but also close enough to town that you have easy access to coffee shops, dinner takeout, and grocery stores. Mary even left personal touches like homemade cinnamon rolls and cookies and even a bottle of wine to welcome us! It was definitely one of the best air bnb experiences we’ve had. It definitely did feel like we were staying at our fancy aunt’s house.”

“The Zone is perfect for a weekend getaway! The space is small but worked very well to host myself, my partner, and our dog. We really enjoyed our weekend, and the location was an excellent home-base for trips to Winter Park and Granby Lake. I would happily return for another weekend away!”
