Private 1 bed 1 bath suite with free wifi, kitchen, washer and dryer. Within 20 minutes to Denver and Red Rocks, 30 minutes to Boulder and DIA. Less than 5 minutes to Olde Town Arvada. Nearby parks, trails, shopping and restaurants. Amazing view of the mountains outside the front door. Guest house is completely separate from our main house on the property. We do have children and dogs you may see outside. Overnight parking is just off the street in front of the main house about 100ft walk.
