This 40-m² holiday apartment is located in a quiet, idyllic setting on our three-sided farm. When you step out of the apartment, you are immediately on the terrace that belongs to your apartment. The two beds are 1 metre wide and 2 metres long. One sofa bed is 2 × 2 metres and is very comfortable as a third bed. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach Seußlitzer Castle. The Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 metres from our place, and you can relax in the Goltzscha natural swimming pool. Perfect. Parking spaces and Two bicycles are free of charge.

The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (first floor) with shower, tub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, a separate toilet (attic floor) is also available. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

I am a tiny house founded on a horse trailer over 100 years old. Living in me can give you the necessary peace and mental relaxation without much luxury. But I would also like to give a look back at the time when owning such a horse trailer gave enough hope to get through the hard, deprived time of life on a farm at that time. Enjoy the time, listen to nature, see the details and be a part of everything.

The old building has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail and offers all the amenities you need to feel good on about 60 m². Sustainable and natural materials were used and so, for example, the field stone construction has also remained an eye-catcher inside.
