In our restored farmhouse we rent a cozy, wheelchair-accessible attic apartment with elevator, spread over 2 floors. The upper bedroom can be reached via a wooden staircase (not wheelchair accessible). My accommodation is in the middle of the village in the countryside, but very close to the nearest cities of Frauenfeld and Winterthur. The bus stop is 100m from the Airbnb. It's ideal for couples, adventurers traveling alone, business trips and families (with children).

Construction trailer on the farm

Our lovingly developed construction trailer is in an idyllic location on our farm near the horses. It's greening and blooming all around this small, cozy space, and at the same time you're right in the hustle and bustle of a farm. You will find peace and nature, but you are in Winterthur in 15 minutes. There are 2 shared toilets, but no shower. The construction trailer is equipped with a cozy 1.40 x 2 m bed and seating, as well as heating and drinks.

Balcony with parasol, table and chairs. The sunset can be very dramatic. The boats and the ever-changing scene on the lake never get boring. In bad weather there is a TV and some games. Hiking, cycling, swimming, SUP and regional restaurants can be enjoyed in Steckborn.

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top, under the roof, the studio sits enthroned, with breathtaking views. The garden with fireplace may be shared. Sports equipment such as SUP is also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee.
