Everything is perfect! Clean and spacious apartment, in the heart of downtown perfect for getting around on foot. The stairs to climb a little uncomfortable (second floor without an elevator) but for a few days you can do it. Francesco was always very responsive, available to meet our needs (we needed a cot for our daughter). Highly recommended!

Il Giardino del Uglivi is really a comfortable place to stay. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids and everything was perfect. The description on Airbnb is exactly what we saw during our stay. Two big bedrooms and a huge living area. Perfect bathrooms! It’s important to mention the garden. It was so good for our kids. They enjoyed the playground and the table tennis! About the location, it’s a 10 minute drive to Cortona. But for those with children, Camucia has great playgrounds around 3 minutes by car! Don’t miss them! Certainly we will come back to Giardino del Uglivi as soon as possible!

Our stay was in the magnificent city of Cetona. We felt so lucky to be in the old part of the City. The decor was picked with an artist’s care. The space was elegant and we loved our vacation!

We had an excellent week in the accommodation whose services are really of quality. The environment is sublime, stunning views from the logge and from the pool. Absolute calm, very clean and well-equipped apartment, upon arrival a breakfast basket was provided, as well as a bottle of prosecco. Very nice touches after a long drive. The area is beautiful and the perfect location for visiting the main towns nearby. In addition, Andrea who has taken care of us has always been extremely responsive and enthusiastic. We highly recommend! Perfectly suited for a family.

Raffaele gave us a warm and caring welcome. The accommodation offered perfectly matches us, authentic and comfortable, with a splendid view of the valley. We'd love to come back.

From the beginning we realized that everything would be fine. Host available and accurate. Cute, tidy, clean apartment a stone's throw from the church of Santa Maria degli Angeli and a supermarket. We parked the van under the house (where there are shops and tobacco); in the house pots, dishes, linens, soaps. A great terrace since we are with the baby. The host even provided us with a tricycle for the little one to play. The house consists of two large bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a French bed plus a lounger) and a bedroom with a single bed. There are two bathrooms each with a shower (one in the bathtub). For us (five adults and one child) it was an ideal solution. Maximum availability from the host for check-in and check-out times. Highly recommend

We were extremely satisfied with our stay in Spezzano. The owners were very thoughtful and made sure that we had a nice comfortable stay. The location was wonderful (by car), in the middle of the beautiful countryside of Lazio. We most certainly would recommend staying in Spezzano and hope to visit again in the future!

Impeccable experience, very nice apartment, clean and well-kept. Beautiful terrace with hot tub from which to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Emanuele then was super responsive, kind and helpful (to tell me one: he also helped us transport the groceries from the parking lot to the apartment, it was like meeting an old friend).
