There are several nice paths to the beach, which is about 100 meters away. The home contains an entrance hall, a living room with a good kitchen, dining area, wood-burning stove and a sofa group with room for games and coziness with a good book. There are 3 bedrooms, with a double bed in each room, as well as 2 rooms with bunk beds. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood.

It is cozy when the wood stove is lit, the house can also be heated with the heat pump, heating can be started before arrival. With 200 meters down to Fønsvig, where there is a beach, as well as a small bathing bridge, where you can just grab a morning dip. If you like fishing, you can go out and catch plaice or other fish species.

The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.
