Fantastic flat with a balcony

The flat is totally renovated 6 years ago and has last year become upgrated with a lovely balcony. The interiour is modern / classic with nice furniture and lights. The philosophy is that you shall feel at home as soon as your coat is in the wardrobe and the candles are lit. Smoking is prohibited. There is a kitchen/diningroom in open connection with a living-room, 1 master bedroom and 1 small bedroom with 1 bed ( possibi- lity of drawing another bed from underneath it), 1 bathroom and a hall. In the bathroom is a combined washingmachine/tumbledryer and in the kitchen is a dishwashing-machine. From the the kitchen/diningroom there is a new big balcony. The flat has a central position for all kinds of doings near by busses and Metro, lots of shops, restaurants and cafés. There are recreative areas in reachable distance such as Frederiksberg Gardens and the Zoo. You reach Tivoli in 10 minutes time by bus fron door to door. You can park in the streets in the neighburhood,- and it is free in the week-ends. You can buy a day-parkingbill in the kiosk down under for Dkr 35,- per 24 hours. Are you coming by air or train there are bus and Metro connections.

Lovely apartment with balcony - quiet and close to everything

Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. 4 minutes from Metro in the middle of busy shopping and cafe street, you will find peace and quiet in my 3-room apartment on the 3rd floor. Ideal for a couple with 1-2 small children or 2 couples. There is a double bed in the bedroom (140 x 200 cm) as well as a really good sofa bed (unfolded 140x200 cm) in a separate room (my office). Access to a travel cot for children up to 3 years old, if you need it. Remember to request a travel cot when booking.

Located on Frederiksberg C, right next to the lakes, you are close to everything Copenhagen has to offer. 5 min walk to Vesterbro, 5 min walk to Nørrebro and 10 min walk to Strøget (the main shopping street). On top, you have Forum Metro 6 min away and the main central station 10 min away walking distance. The building was fully renovated in May 2017 with only luxurious apartments. My home has everything and a little bit more to offer whether you are here for business or pleasure.

It is located a few steps from the metro - that will take you all over Copenhagen and directly to the airport. Close to everything - cafes, restaurants and shopping - and yet in a quiet zone, as the home is located on a quiet one-way street. 3 minutes' walk to the Metro and thus only 20 minutes from the airport. 5-minute walk to the train. 10 minutes' walk to Tivoli and Strøget.
