There is always morning sun on the balcony, so here the morning coffee can be drunk. 100 meters from the apartment is fitnessworld where you can work out. In addition, cozy blågårdsgade is a few hundred meters away. The lakes are in walking distance from the apartment and otherwise the metro is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and from here there is one stop to the city center.

The backyard of the apartment has grill and tables so you can eat outside. Has all modern equipment such as dishwasher and washing machine. Very clean and comfortable.
