If you and your family need peace and quiet, rent this lovely gem of a cottage between Skagen and Frederikshavn. Newly built in 2022. Underfloor heating everywhere. Ideal for families with children, as there are 3 bedrooms + a loft and crib and toys, children's chair, playhouse, trampoline and much more. In addition, there is a beautiful playground in Bratten Strand at the local grocery store. The house contains 2 beautiful bathrooms and is also equipped with a sauna and associated outdoor shower, where there is a good view of the beautiful natural grounds.

Large kitchen-living room. Access to garden; trampoline, shelter & fireplace. Bed linen can be rented (DKK 100 per person). The house is expected to be cleaned, in the same condition as it was received, otherwise a fee of DKK 1,500 will be charged. Cleaning can be purchased; DKK 1200. The garage is used by the security guard. It is NOT allowed to charge an electric car.

Cozy and well-appointed 1 1/2 story house with lots of charm, close to Palmestranden. The house contains a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room with a washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms, (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor) The house has stairs and is therefore not suitable for small children. Nice large private garden with several terraces, sun loungers, garden furniture and gas grill. If the weather is bad, there is a large, nice conservatory with both dining area and cozy corner. Pets are not allowed.
