The house has only one neighbor on one side and is located on the other side of a beautiful natural area, where you can often see wildlife. There are great opportunities for walking to both the water and in the plantation just as there are many great MTB opportunities

Fantastic full-time cottage in the 2nd row to a beautiful beach with a newly built wellness area - outdoor spa, outdoor shower and infrared sauna. The cottage has several terraces where you can always find a spot in the sun and in the shade. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house and in the summer months one in the Annex in the garden as part of the wellness area. The beach has the finest sand and is very child-friendly. The house is located directly adjacent to a very large heathland area with fantastic views of the heath and dunes.

Only a 5 min. walk to the beach down a lovely path and just a few minutes driving to Ålbæk town and 20 min. to Skagen. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, activity room, open kitchen and dining space and livingroom as well as a terrace with a garden around it with a playground and sandbox. It also has a sauna, outdoor bath and wood-fired hot tub.

Enjoy the peace, the orchard, the nature and the wildlife on the property with trails and cozy nooks. The lovely resort town of Skagen with its many exciting attractions, shopping facilities, harbor, restaurants and bars is within short driving distance. Enjoy the holiday atmosphere on the terrace with a cold refreshment or a good book to read.
