The house is 150m2 and consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, outdoor shower, large kitchen/living room/living room and charming lounge with sofa furniture, high bar and outdoor kitchen. Wide doors at both ends of the lounge can be opened, so the room becomes an integral part of the large terraces surrounding the house. 50m2 covered terrace allows to play table tennis. On the property at the end of the garden, there is a large common area with a playground and ball court - access to this from the end of the garden. The nearest shopping option is Tversted and Letkøb at the campsite at Skiveren. NOTE: It is not possible to charge an electric car, as the house's installations are not designed for it.

The house is perfectly located only 100 meters from the atmospheric pedestrian street, where you will find shops, cafes and restaurants. The house has a cozy, enclosed courtyard. Only 700 meters from the house is Sæby's beautiful harbor and the lovely beach. The harbor is buzzing with life, with restaurants and small shops, while the beach is perfect for a dip, walks or just enjoying the view.

Here you will find peace, relaxation and plenty of fresh air. The house is located in the countryside with beautiful nature, which invites you to both walks and quiet moments with a good book. If the family also includes a dog, then there is plenty of space for all of you. The house is surrounded by a large garden and lawn, as well as terraces on several sides. In the forest near the house we have built a shelter. The shelter can be used for a short break or an overnight stay in the nature.

Located on a very private plot and surrounded by trees, “Tudsebo” appears as a genuine forest cabin. It contains 3 good rooms, a large laundry room - a bathroom and a cozy living room combined with kitchen. Enjoy a summer evening on the wooden terrace in the middle of nature, or relax in the living room to the warmth of the wood stove.
