Siamo stati solo una notte da Angela ma è bastato per capire che è un posto fantastico. Appartamento completo di tutto l'occorrente per soggiorni lunghi, piatti, posate, pentole e la caffettiera, non mancava proprio nulla. Nonostante questo agosto torrido, abbiamo dormito divinamente senza patire il caldo. La pisciama era fantastica, circondata da un prato inglese perfettamente curato su cui poter camminare scalzi o riposare sulle comode amache e dal quale poter godere di un tramonto suggestivo. Der Hof liegt traumhaft schön in der hügeligen Landschaft. Jetzt im Frühling hat alles wunderbar geblüht. Es ist ruhig wir konnten schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen. Dorina hat uns sehr gut bekocht und wir haben die Gastfreundschaft sehr genossen!

Such a beautiful, healing, peaceful stone cottage on amazing land with 3000 olive trees. We could be very self sufficient in the artistic well appointed cottage. Eleanor even cooked for us with vegetables from her garden one night and it was beyond delicious and special. Remote but worth the drive! A stay to remember always.

La casa del luppolo est un lieu magique et enchanteur , tout ici est beau et propice à une réelle déconnexion . Nous avons passé une semaine hors du temps chez Flavia , accueillis comme des rois ( fruits frais, huile d'olive, ricotta fraiche du matin , biscuits , ... ),sans oublier la bienveillance et le sourire de notre hôte . La villa del casale à visiter absolument est toute proche , ainsi que Caltagirone et la belle campagne du centre de la Sicile . Nous y retournerons surement !! Mille merci Flavia !!

Just returned from a wonderful 11 days at the villa. The accommodation and grounds were more than enough room for all 9 of us (5 adults 4 children). The villa is super clean, nicely presented and situated in a beautiful rural location, which is very accessible from one of the main roads. We loved the large pool and there was plenty of room poolside for the kids to play football and have fun. It was also very safe for our adventurous two year old. Kathryn and her husband were first class hosts, providing us with useful information, sweet treats, and allowing us to pick fresh fruit from the farm. They were attentive to our every need. We also enjoyed using the barbecue, watching the sunset and having walks around the farm. Piazza Armerina is a nice, quiet little town. There are some good restaurants and people are very friendly. We also visited Taomirna, Enna and Caltagirone. It was a perfect getaway and we would definitely book again.

Manuela and Gaspare were amazing hosts! Very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The property is very peaceful and has lots to walk around and see while also being surrounded by beautiful countryside. The inside is very spacious and clean. Everything you need for a peaceful stay in Sicily this place has it. We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone coming to Sicily and will hopefully be back in the future.

For people who search a truely authentic holiday home to visit Sicily : this is it. What a great place situated centrally near to beautiful landscapes, with a house showing lot of authentic character while providing all facility needed (the pictures are not lying) and surrounded with a marvellous garden giving opportunity to really enjoy late evenings outdoors or a great swim. On top of that very good communication with Olga and Carmelo who excel in assuring everything is there to let you enjoy. You can be very proud on what you offer. We strongly recommend.

Andrea's place is lovely. After being in Napoli and Palermo for a week, it was a nice change of pace to be in the country. The pictures of the cottage do not do it justice. The cottage is quite a it bigger than the pictures suggest. The bed was comfortable and cozy. Our favourite part of staying at Andrea's was drinking wine and looking at the scenery. My husband and I would definitely recommend staying at this air bnb!
