We are 5 minutes from the historic center of Scicli, 10 minutes from that of Modica and 15 minutes from the beautiful beach of Sampieri. The attic with sea view (35 m2) is an ideal space to accommodate 2-3 people. Located on the third and top floor (without a lift) of a modern building, it is equipped with large sliding windows and a large furnished terrace (30 m2) with table and chairs. The accommodation is perfect for a couple's holiday and enjoys a panoramic view of the entire gulf of Marina di Ragusa. There is a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and open space living room-kitchen complete with sofa bed.
