The house can accommodate up to 7 people and, in the case of families or larger groups up to 9 people, is available the annex annexed to the main house, the "Romantic Studio Terrazza dell'Ulivo" (see announcement) with an additional cost.

ArtRoom is a spacious studio apartment furnished and illuminated like an art gallery, located at the entrance to Noto, enriched with historic furniture and artistic curiosities. The peculiarity of the house is in fact given by the presence of works by contemporary Sicilian artists; for this it can be defined as a Home Gallery. The lush garden will welcome you every morning for your breakfasts, prepared in the kitchen area, with a rich pantry. A few minutes' walk will lead you to the center.

Perfect for four people, the large partitioning glass allows to separate the bedroom from the rest of the house. A spacious ‘total grey’ bathroom completes the apartment!

There are many signs of that time, integrated in an atmosphere where you can breathe Sicily yesterday and today. At walking distance from the Cala Rossa beach and access to the Solarium, near Pubs, Pizzerias and Restaurants, the stop of the electric bus is close to home.
