Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Free municipal consortium of Syracuse

This is a convenient flat with loads of great restaurants etc nearby. We recommend a great local bar/restaurant Il Quarto steak house. Proper local bar, full all the time when most other restaurants empty, wide selection of great food, proper bar staff, etc. Parking was Ok. Easy walk to the archeological park which was fantastic. Only issue we faced was that the spiral staircase to the bedroom is hard to negotiate with a large suitcase and you have to do a steep up and down staircase to access the front door - it was not too much of a problem for us as we are fit but it might be hard for some people

Amazing villa, beautiful view and exceptionally clean.

Just be careful with the communication about ancillary fees (linen and cleaning) that are not included in the rental rates. It was unclear to me when I rented this place. Otherwise the accommodation was great and well located!

We stayed up to a few days ago for 15 days in the apartment in Villa Eloisiana and it was a bit like not leaving your home. Adriana and Mimmo are two hospitable people and at the same time discreet that these days are priceless. Thanks to the guys too!! Apartment equipped with every comfort including air conditioning , we did not use it as the breeze that was pulling on the property was enough to guarantee refreshments. The view of the Countryside surrounding the Villa along with the sunsets and crickets can restore the calm of which to feed the soul after an entire working year. One thing very much appreciated, since we were traveling with a dog , it was the presence of 3 very docile dogs both with ours but above all with the children. We will definitely be back. Our stay was very enjoyable. We recommend this place to relax, but a few things were missing from the description of airbnb: basic spices, oil, soap, gel, shampoo, irons, window blinds, fire extinguisher, first aid kit. Despite this, the location is great with a sea view and a place to eat on the terrace. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The bed could be more comfortable. House equipment at the appropriate level. The beach is beautiful. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. We are happy to visit this place again and recommend it to friends. Regards

Very pleasant host. Easy to communicate and friendly. We have got a free transfer from the train station and breakfast voucher as a present on checkout. All basic household devices were present and worked fine. Easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, bars and car rental. Historical places of Syracuse located within 20 minutes walk. Excellent price/value option.

Very nice and big apartment! Well furnished. is located in the outdoor area in a development with four- five-story houses. The parking is secured with an electronically controllable gate. There's a lot going on in the street during rush hour, but otherwise fine. The apartment is spacious and has a balcony. You can walk to the archaeological park, about 10-15 minutes, where all parking is occupied in the morning anyway. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us good instructions in the apartment and then gave us important tips, e.g. restaurant, shopping, parking.

We spent the last days of our vacation at this place and could not be more satisfied. The house perfectly reflected the description of the listing: clean, well cared for, cozy and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, with the sea within walking distance and the choice between some equipped beaches or a large free beach. The center is also easily accessible, with many stalls, typical restaurants and play areas for children. Thank you for everything!

Had an amazing stay at Claudio’s place. The location is close to everything and his place is the perfect spot to call home for a few days in Noto (the balconies are amazing!). Claudio was also a great host and responded right away to any questions we had and check-in was easy. There was also free parking on the street out front. Would stay again.

The listing is clean, according to the description and photos. The room is large and the bed is comfortable. It is very close to Ortigia on foot and the daily market for shopping and not far from the bus and train station to get to Catania, Noto, Raguse etc. it is quiet which is good for resting at night. For those who are used to sleeping in complete darkness remember to take a mask there is no shutter and public lighting is present. Fabio is very responsive to messages and very friendly. Check-in time is easy and autonomous. We didn't miss anything, we had a lovely stay and recommend this place.

The apartment is nice and very close to the sea, we could go to the beach and come back few times a day. It has a nice garden and it feels grand. Also laying in the chair on the terrace during siesta was one of my favorites. The Conad is 5-10 mins away and cafes along the shore just few minutes away.

Accommodation used for work needs. Everything was perfect, Host available and thoughtful in everything.

I stayed here with my extended family for almost a week. It was just as described. We arrived later than expected and Lorenzo was very accommodating and helped us get settled. We were grateful for a well-stocked kitchen when we arrived as we had come straight from the airport in Palermo. Our favorite part of the house was the outdoor space. We enjoyed the pool and the grounds. We ate most of our meals outdoors. It was very peaceful! There is a small village nearby and it is an easy drive to Modica and other larger towns, too. We also took a couple of trips to the beach. Donna Lucata, recommended by Lorenzo, was a favorite. My 3 year old nephew really enjoyed getting to know the resident (outdoor) cat. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend arriving before dark as the last bit of the drive was easier in the light of day!

Great place to relax. Comfortable home. A good starting point for exploring the area. They made contact with the house manager. The kitchen is well-equipped. We'd love to come back.
