The Studio Loft is a cozy place to be. It over looks the large grass area and surrounding forest. Full kitchen with apt size stove, medium size fridge, queen bed, dinning table with 2 chairs, large TV with DirecTv. Bathroom has shower(no tub) . 2 large comfy reclining chairs. A desk to do some work, wifi extender from the main unit. Power 20, no fiber optics here. This peaceful, coastal cottage was built in 2019 and sits on 5 acres of lush green grass, gardens and overlooks Deer Lagoon and Useless Bay. The bright, modern farmhouse is magazine worthy, immaculate and features all brand new and top of the line furniture, appliances, linens, towels and is completely outfitted for the gourmet cook. For babies, the cottage provides a pak n play, booster seat and toys. For adults there is bocce ball and croquet upon request.
