“I loved my stay at Sandy and Jerry’s. This was my first time using air bnb and it was a great experience. I am used to staying at hotels and this was better! They provided so many nice touches, like coffee creamer and breakfast bars, that made it extra convenient. I was on a solo get away so I really appreciate how their setup allows 100% privacy. I did not hear them once! The location is great - a very quite and seemingly safe neighborhood with people out walking and enjoying their day. Sandy and Jerry offered to let me check-in early to avoid driving in a snow storm and also shoveled out my entrance walkway and put salt to melt the ice. Very thoughtful and kind. Very comfortable bed and awesome pillows. 10/10 and will be staying again!”
We are renting out our converted microbus on our small farm. The bus has a double bed, counter, writing desk, small fridge, captains chair and storage space. It's parked next to our 100 foot, cement floor greenhouse, which has a propane grill, an outdoor shower and it is a great spot to sit and relax. *Winter months* There is no running water. Bring drinking water and good boots for snowy terrain! We have a heater and tons of extra blankets that keeps the bus very cozy!
“There is something magical about staying on Kristen's microbus. My stay was super cozy and the solar powered heater was very useful during my Autumnal stay. Her hospitality is superior and the property itself is simple but beautiful. I highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a rustic, bohemian experience!”

“We absolutely loved Minglewood! I think the pictures don’t even do it justice. It was much bigger than we thought it would be, clearly newly renovated and super clean. It was cozy because of the way they’ve decorated (and the fire place, of course!) but the high ceiling and bright windows meant it didn’t feel stuffy and it was not overly rustic. It felt private and was off the beaten path but not deep in the woods. The bed was really comfortable and the projector set up was great. They left coffee and tea as well as a light breakfast - banana bread, orange juice and yogurt! The kitchen was bigger than I thought and they’ve outfitted it with everything you’d need (a microwave, hot plate, electric kettle, crockpot etc.) but just note that there isn’t a stove or oven so don’t plan on cooking an elaborate meal. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. It really exceeded our expectations and we’ll definitely be back!”
