The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. This cabin is just charming, it was very easy to instantly relax and feel right at home. The property is literally on the edge of a forest, with Worthsee lake just 15 minutes away on foot, there’s a couple of restaurants right on the lake, but the kitchen is very well equipped to cook as well. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Peaceful place and great communication!

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

Just beautiful! We felt very comfortable and would have preferred not to move out at all. The area is a dream, everything important is within walking distance, you are super fast at the lake and the house is also beautiful. We really lacked nothing. Everything was also provided for our children, changing mat, high chair... Everything was there. Our dog was also welcome, which pleased us very much, as it is not easy to find nice accommodations with a dog. It was very quiet and we had lots of space. The terrace is huge and the sauna is also great! I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you for everything!

Hannah and Julian's place was simply awesome. So much attention to detail and so much passion put into the space. Amazing. Especially all the amenities were sensational. A huge Weber BBQ, PS5, huge TV, games to wake up and a super equipped kitchen! Thank you - it was really fun!

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

We felt right at home in the apartment. The apartment is large and nicely decorated. There are three spacious bedrooms with large double beds and two large bathrooms. There is also a living room with dining area and a garden that can be used. Overall, there is also a lot of storage space and very good equipment (lots of towels, kitchen utensils, etc.). Agnes and her daughter were very accommodating and kind. Check in and out was hassle-free. The only little thing for people with a very light sleep could be the railway line near the house (but didn't bother us at all). Overall a really great experience! The value for money is unbeatable! We will be happy to come back!

Cosy ground floor apartment with an attached garden overseeing the countryside and mountains. Made it feel like we were living in a house! Parking is right in front of the unit, so it was very convenient. Bedrooms were comfortable and kitchen was well-equipped. A short 10 minute walk to the town center along beautiful country views. Also a quick ride to join the A8 to Munich or Salzburg. Lake Chiemsee was close by and we had lots to do throughout. Carola was very communicative and answered our questions promptly. We loved the place and would return if we could!

Katharina’s house was very nice and had everything we needed. There is someone living in an attached unit so we could hear them when we were in the kitchen/dining room area. We felt like we had to be super quiet when we were in there.

Clean apartment at a very good location

Looking for a nice place to stay in Munich for the fair, we were very lucky to come across this wonderful house. Especially Katharina, her husband and her children are extremely helpful, friendly and just wonderful people. The house is 25 to 30 minutes from the center, which is just the right distance for us. We are very happy that we chose this place and not somewhere in the center. Everything you need is at your disposal in the house. There are numerous restaurants and markets nearby, which you can easily reach in just five minutes. If you want to spend a wonderful time in the unique, peaceful and quiet atmosphere of a farm, this is the perfect place for it. We really would have loved to stay longer, but when we come back to Munich we know where we want to stay. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything. Best regards,

We enjoyed the stay in the modern, clean and tastefully decorated apartment. The Nespresso machine and the direct view of the countryside were also great, so the living space was nice and bright. There is a fence around the chic balcony, so our dog could also feel comfortable and safe outside. Also as a small family with a dog a feel-good oasis, thank you!

Communication with the landlords is friendly, helpful and accommodating. We really liked the apartment and corresponded 100 percent to the photos on the website. A very nice apartment with a great location. I would be happy to recommend this one.

Perfect quiet location between the mountains and Munich.

Monika is an excellent host. She is super kind and prepared our accommodation to be warm and cosy for when we arrived. The place is spacious, very pretty and relaxing. Excellent when traveling for business and want an alternative stay. There’s a station near by and also an amazing bakery/coffee shop to pick up all the goodies! Thank you Monika

Very nice apartment, we especially liked the location on the Flaucher:) Nevertheless, you are also quickly in the city center by bus. In the apartment, especially the balcony is very nice and good equipment with coffee maker, etc.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! Never have I ever felt this at home in an Airbnb, but it makes sense why I felt this way because of its coziness. Our host was so kind and gave us a recommendation on where to eat/visit. The interior design of the home was one of a kind, full of personality, and just beautiful. The AirBnb itself was far from Munich which would have been annoying in any other circumstance however Landshut was so peaceful and the transportation was so easy/cheap we did not mind at all. If anything it made our trip more enjoyable due to the views.
