The neighborhood offers many options for hiking and biking, sandstone climbing, and skiing in winter. The pool is covered and heated by a heat pump. Table tennis, a professional table football, and a dart machine( free) are now available. Water temperature since May at least 26°C.

The villa is located within the castle wall of Pillnitz Castle or the walls of the old ones. Historically, the royal wooden storage space was located on the property, framed from 2.50 to 4 m high natural stone walls, which still offer them great privacy today, without outside inspection.
