It is 300 meters to the fjord where there are benches so you can sit and enjoy your packed lunch and watch the ships sail by. If you want to come to Aalborg and enjoy the city life, it is 20 minutes by car to the city center. The bathing-friendly beaches are 15 km away and can be enjoyed in all seasons. Cold drinks and snacks are available, as well as free coffee/tea

As a tenant with us, you will be staying in a newly built annex. The annex is located on a natural plot in the woods with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg, 15 minutes to the city bus. Whether it's a city vacation, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have plenty of opportunities to meet your needs here with us. We are happy to help you with good advice if you ask. Unique house with the city's best location

The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the heart of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but has been newly renovated in respect of the house's long history. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sand-colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall holds plenty of coziness, nooks and crannies and stories.

Bright 2 bedroom apartment with large balcony. Great views. Nearby there are shopping opportunities. Sleeping 2 people in the bedroom and 3rd sleeping area is on sofa bed. There is a TV with chromecast in both rooms - does not have TV channels. Close to bus and also has free parking. WiFi and cleaning after the stay are included in the price. Since I live in between myself in the apartment, there will be some of my personal belongings in the apartment - e.g. clothes and shoes.

In the apartment there is a sofa bed for 2 people, a double bed and plenty of locker space. Cosy apartment in the basement of my house, with heated floors, fully equipped kitchen, own bathroom, washing machine and own entrance. In the apartment, you will find a twin bed, a fold-out sofa, where two people can sleep and loads of storage space.

Experience the genuine atmosphere of authenticity and charm in the old cottage. Enjoy the garden or sunset beyond the lake from the bench, or take a walk in the Svanemøll park, which is located at the end of the garden. The cottage is centrally located in Svenstrup town. 5 minutes walk to Svenstrup train station, where you can get to Aalborg in 9 minutes. Shopping like SuperBrugsen, Rema or Coop365 is a two-minute walk from the summerhouse.
