This comfortable beach cottage is located just one house back from the ocean, but offers great ocean/sound views from 4 decks. Imagine, just steps to the beautiful Frisco Beach! The top level is open layout, cathedral ceilings, and a spacious kitchen. This level also provides access to both the ocean-facing sun deck and the back sun deck. The first level master BR has a private deck. Although the listing says it’s a 13 minute walk to the beach, that likely includes packing the cooler time!

You have a private entrance and screened-in porch, as well as a shared sundeck. My house is on a ridge & your room is on the 2nd floor, giving you spectacular views of the sound. From the property, you can easily kayak or SUP. Both the beach and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse are only a short drive away. There are also many shops, galleries, and eateries to explore.

It's a true peaceful oasis with sound front access and sunsets that will amaze you! Full service kitchenette and laundry room. We have done our best to make you feel at home in our beach cottage. Situated in Hatteras Village, our cabana #33 is a free-standing studio, pet friendly condo just steps away from the beach. Enjoy a view of the ocean from the rooftop deck. The National Park Service maintains the adjacent beach which is part of Cape Hatteras National Seashore. This is the only beach in the Carolinas where you can enjoy the warmth and romance of a fire on the beach. Pets are allowed with a $75 pet fee plus tax.
