Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

We had a very pleasant stay in the B&B, the rooms were clean and we did not experience any problems with the shared breakfast room.

Everything was fine as expected. Communication and check in were top. Every day the room got cleaned.:) One day, we will come back, for sure

Isabella and her family are very friendly and open people! The house is very old but from the inside everything is renewed with air conditioning and hair dryer, check-in was also possible late at night. Thank you for that!!!

Great solution especially for those with the dog. The place is quiet and if you don't want to use the car in a 10-minute walk you can get to the bus stop that takes you downtown in a few minutes. Lorena was very nice and gave us great tips on how to get around the city

This ia the place you want to stay! Federica is the best host you can wish, givea you privacy when you want and is always available for advice and tips if you need het to be. She is very generous. The attic apartment where we stayed has a lot of space, two plates to cook on, and a refrigerator, a big and nice couch, a table for four, a clean bathroom but above all had a beautiful atmosphere with art on the walls and nice carpets and all, very tasteful! The breakfast served is abundant, with a lot of fresh fruits, croissant, yoghurt, eggs, all you could wish for. The premises are beautiful, a clean and beautiful swimming pool with a loungesofa and beds. We could have stayed for so much longer! Thank you Federica for the lovely time we spend with you!

We spent one night at Andrea's and were completely satisfied with everything. The kindness and efforts of the host were fascinating, we felt completely comfortable. The breakfast was also impeccable, plentiful, everyone finds the food or drink they like. The room itself and the bathroom were nicely decorated, modern, spacious and nicely clean. Zaffira was a great host! We had a great time in the house, very cozy and spacious. We felt right at home and had many pleasant conversations with Zaffira. In addition, he gave us many valuable tips on the areas to explore in Udine and the surroundings and the inevitable culinary stops. Last but not least, colazione super!

wonderful stay guests of nature. The structure is taken care of in every detail, but at the same time it adapts perfectly to the wonderful territory in which it is located. You wake up with a full view of the greenery, the scents and sounds of nature are appreciated in the maximum comfort of a spacious room, very clean and equipped with every need, large shower and large private outdoor space. Giovanni's welcome was impeccable, warm but at the same time discreet, ready to respond to our needs. Just as well cared for and excellent breakfast, with incredible views. I will absolutely recommend the accommodation, 5 stars.

Great experience, super recommended! New house, very well-stocked, some furniture should be assembled better, but generally great. Perfect bathroom and great common space for breakfast or possibly even lunch or dinner. We were lucky enough not to have other guests in the other room, so having the whole house to ourselves, I can only give a 10 out of 10, also because the whirlpool in the room is really a treat! Although the location is not central, it is convenient for finding parking more easily and for visiting the city on foot, very feasible with a walk. Excellent!

Sabrina and Riccardo, with their kindness and friendliness, made us feel at home. The house is wonderful, surrounded by greenery and is very easy to get to the village. You can take beautiful and relaxing walks nearby starting directly from the house on foot or others more challenging by driving a few tens of minutes. Everything worked wonderfully. An apartment/room to feel comfortable. Has everything you need. Everything prepared in the kitchen for breakfast. The apartment is very lovingly furnished. Would stay there again anytime.

We stayed two nights with Marco and Angela and we will definitely come bac! They were very helpful and kind and we loved the courtyard, the whole accommodation was put together with great attention to detail.
