Vacation rentals with a patio in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

We were in Bibione at the beginning of October and at this time of the year there is really little going on and it was already a bit cold. But that wasn't a problem for us and we had a few nice days. Communication with Harald was impeccable, he always responded quickly and accommodatingly! We would definitely come back, but rather in the summer months.

We had a great time at Walter's place. Everything is perfect in the accommodation until the smallest touches. The welcome Walter gave us was very warm with lots of helpful tips. So we would highly recommend this place to stay.

I frequently stay in Airbnb accommodations due to my work, and Stefan's apartment is undoubtedly one of the best I've experienced. The apartment is spacious and offers a high degree of privacy. It also features a large underground garage, and the surrounding neighbors are both quiet and friendly. The bed is comfortable, and the presence of a gas stove is a welcome rarity these days. The shower is excellent as well. I found no faults during my stay. I highly recommend Stefan's place and will certainly book it again when I return to the area.

The place is great! Top location, parking right outside the door, private garden with nice seating. The apartment is as described, nice layout and optimal with two bathrooms. The hosts were always available and very friendly. We can only recommend the place ☺️

The apartment is very conveniently located if you want to reach the city center, the fortress, the business streets or the train station on foot - walking time everywhere is about 15-20 min. Cozy living room (maybe a little difficult for very tall people), nice little terrace, everything was very clean. We also found enough coffee pods for the first day in the kitchen, which was very kind. The beds are OK, some are very low, so more suitable for joint people;) The traffic noise can get a little strong, especially in the evening, but the windows are fortunately tight. The A/C worked flawlessly. Overall, we felt very comfortable!

"Modern comfort and spectacular view" Three of us stayed in this modern and cozy apartment, perfect as a base for exploring Friuli. The location is convenient, a few minutes from the highway, but immersed in tranquility, with a splendid view of the mountains. Everything is well cared for, from the super equipped kitchen to the spacious and bright living area. The master bedroom is also great: quiet, comfortable and with a really comfortable mattress. The loft adds an original touch to the house. Self check-in is also very convenient at any time. Attentive owners and home perfect for relaxation or outdoor sports. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is very comfortable and practical to reach the surroundings of Sacile. My wife and I had a great time and really appreciated the silence and tranquility. Annalisa is always available. Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed here for a bit over 3 months, and everything about the stay was perfect. Very good option in Gemona, in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the train and bus stations and the historic center. Very accessible by car, with hand shops. The location is to feel the real rhythm of Gemona, like another neighbor and not as a tourist. The hosts, Paola and Simone, are ten! Always attentive to needs, kind, helpful and willing to help. The apartment is huge, comfortable and very well equipped for long stays. At all times, I felt right at home!

Amazing place to stay! We did the Corsa della Bora race which started in Barcola (400m away) so the location was ideal. 3 adults and one 2year old child. Rene had a bed available for the little one, towels, blankets, bed sheets etc. - everything available and clean. Could not have wished for more! We got sent the exact adress shortly before including pictures on where to get up - the flat is at the top of a couple stairs, can't see it from the road but Rene and his wife / son came down to help us carry lagguage and showed us around. Parking slots down by the road (no time limit, for free). Great place to stay for a city trip to Triest and around! Grazie per tutti, Rene!

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

We had a great time. We stayed with a small 1 year old and Cristiana provided us with all the essentials for him , thus lightening the amount of luggage to take behind us. She was always helpful and kind. If we go back there, we'll definitely consider going back there. Nearby, there is a beautiful walk in the middle of the greenery that runs along the Piave River, absolutely to do. Under the house there is everything you need: bars, restaurants, bakeries, ice cream shop and pharmacy.

An impeccable location managed by equally impeccable, caring and helpful people. The kindness and approach of the owners towards people and their strong attention to eco-sustainability should be emphasized. I felt welcomed as a family member, with attentions that went beyond my expectations. The chalet was perfect, the attention to detail not at all taken for granted, and no aspect of comfort was overlooked, but rather carefully taken care of. The welcome cake prepared by Alessandra was delicious, a very welcome treat after my long trip. The place and the owners are enchanting, and as if I had been catapulted into another reality, where good, genuine and tender are watchwords, as in a fairy tale. I have already booked an upcoming vacation with them, and I am in the running for a third, as I was so enchanted by these wonderful and rare little people, and by their perfect and unique location.

Lovely home! The “smart home” made everything very easy to use. We were offered a key but never used it because the smart locks worked so well. The hosts thought of every little detail, there was even a treat for us waiting the first evening. We felt right at home. It was a great stay and will be our first choice for future trips in the area.

Everything was in order, good accommodation, fully equipped, close to the beach. Parking spot, on the other hand, is hard to find all over Grado

Warm and welcoming apartment, we only stayed one night but we had a really good time. Bright, spacious and clean - six people were great! Glauco and his sister were very kind, always responsive and available to our questions/requests. Highly recommended!

Communication with Ilaria was very friendly, apartment is comfortable. We spent most of the time at the sea so I cannot say anything about the surroundings, except that there were mosquitos but windows have protection screens so no problem inside. Climatisation is great benefit as well!
