Vacation rentals with a patio in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

We were in Bibione at the beginning of October and at this time of year there is really little going on and it was also a bit cold. But that was no problem for us and we had a lovely few days. The communication with Harald was impeccable, he always responded quickly and accommodatingly! We would definitely come again, but rather in the summers.

We had a lovely stay in Opicina. Our host was very helpful with helping us to find nice places to eat. The home was wonderful and well appointed! We will be certain to stay again when we next visit.

I frequently stay in Airbnb accommodations due to my work, and Stefan's apartment is undoubtedly one of the best I've experienced. The apartment is spacious and offers a high degree of privacy. It also features a large underground garage, and the surrounding neighbors are both quiet and friendly. The bed is comfortable, and the presence of a gas stove is a welcome rarity these days. The shower is excellent as well. I found no faults during my stay. I highly recommend Stefan's place and will certainly book it again when I return to the area.

Clean and well tidy apartment, positive the gas leak detector in the kitchen. Very easy to reach the historical center. Very contactable host.

The place is great! Top location, parking right outside the door, private garden with nice seating. The apartment is as described, beautiful layout and optimal with two bathrooms. The hosts were always available and very friendly. We can only recommend the accommodation ☺️

Fellow Americans, don’t make my mistake, the apartment is on the THIRD floor. The loft stairway doesn’t have clearance for anyone over 1 meter tall. The accommodations are bright, clean and modern. Eric is prompt and helpful

My wife and I stayed here for a bit over 3 months, and everything about the stay was perfect. The house was beautiful and spotless, the views were amazing, the neighbors were very friendly, and Federica and Andrea were outstanding hosts. Very clean accommodation, in a good position. Furniture a little from "grandma's house" that should perhaps be renovated (especially the kitchen that is quite dated) but for our short stay it was great

Amazing place to stay! We did the Corsa della Bora race which started in Barcola (400m away) so the location was ideal. 3 adults and one 2year old child. Rene had a bed available for the little one, towels, blankets, bed sheets etc. - everything available and clean. Could not have wished for more! We got sent the exact adress shortly before including pictures on where to get up - the flat is at the top of a couple stairs, can't see it from the road but Rene and his wife / son came down to help us carry lagguage and showed us around. Parking slots down by the road (no time limit, for free). Great place to stay for a city trip to Triest and around! Grazie per tutti, Rene!

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

We had a great stay, awesome location and very simple to find. Lots of places to visit near by.

The chalet is really magnificent... and the same can be said of the owners Davide and Alessandra who welcomed us in a warm and friendly way, making us feel at home right away (they also prepared a great welcome cake for us😃) The chalet is ideal for those who love nature being immersed in the woods and surrounded by mountains...peace of silence and absolute tranquility!And at night a starry sky like few people find it... we spent hours with our noses up and taking photos...a real spectacle. And a treat is then Alessandra and Davide's cute animals (sheep,goats and six fantastic dogs ready to be pampered😊) What is very important, the structure is built to be autonomous and eco-sustainable...so an extra attention to the territory and nature. A perfect place to stay in touch with nature,animals and beautiful people! Thank you Davide and thank you Alessandra, we will definitely be back soon!😊

I had a fantastic stay at Maria Laura’s place in Pordenone. The accommodation was spotless, cosy, and exactly as described. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future.

Everything was in order, good accommodation, fully equipped, close to the beach. Parking spot, on the other hand, is hard to find all over Grado

Very comfortable apartment (close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants) and well cared for, equipped with all the comforts and also complete with the necessary for cooking. Beautiful view from the kitchen! Thank you very much Giuliana for your hospitality!

Communication with Ilaria was very friendly, apartment is comfortable. We spent most of the time at the sea so I cannot say anything about the surroundings, except that there were mosquitos but windows have protection screens so no problem inside. Climatisation is great benefit as well!

Frederica was super receptive, sent clear checkin information, the flat a grace. It has kitchen, coffee machines, fridge and even washing machine. Great location tb, close to several interesting restaurants.
