Vacation rentals with a patio in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

Wir waren Anfang Oktober in Bibione und zu dieser Jahreszeit ist wirklich wenig los und es war auch schon etwas kalt. Für uns war das aber kein Problem und wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage. Die Kommunikation mit Harald war einwandfrei, er hat immer schnell und entgegenkommend reagiert! Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen, aber eher in den Sommermonaten.

Parkplatz in unmittelbarere Nähe zur Wohnung, Supermarkt vor der Türe. Check-In problemlos, Wohnung großzügig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Absolut ruhig in der Nacht! Perfekte Lage, da man sowohl mit dem Bus sehr einfach nach Triest kommt, aber auch sehr viele Ziele in der Umgebung mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Walter. Tout est parfait dans le logement jusqu'aux plus petites attentions. L'accueil que nous a réservé Walter était très chaleureux avec plein de conseils très utiles. Nous recommandons donc vivement cet hébergement.

I frequently stay in Airbnb accommodations due to my work, and Stefan's apartment is undoubtedly one of the best I've experienced. The apartment is spacious and offers a high degree of privacy. It also features a large underground garage, and the surrounding neighbors are both quiet and friendly. The bed is comfortable, and the presence of a gas stove is a welcome rarity these days. The shower is excellent as well. I found no faults during my stay. I highly recommend Stefan's place and will certainly book it again when I return to the area.

Die Unterkunft ist super! Top Lage, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, privater Garten mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, schöne Aufteilung und optimal mit zwei Bädern. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen ☺️

Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig, wenn man das Stadtzentrum, die Festung, die Geschäftsstraßen oder den Bahnhof zu Fuß erreichen will - Gehzeit überallhin ca 15-20 min. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer (vielleicht etwas schwierig für sehr groß gewachsene Menschen), nette kleine Terrasse, alles war sehr sauber. Wir fanden auch genügend Kaffeekapseln für den ersten Tag in der Küche, das war sehr freundlich. Die Betten sind OK, manche sind sehr niedrig, also eher für gelenkige Menschen geeignet ;) Der Verkehrslärm kann etwas stark werden, besonders abends, aber die Fenster sind zum Glück dicht. Die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt!

"Comfort moderno e vista spettacolare" Abbiamo soggiornato in tre in questo appartamento moderno e accogliente, perfetto come base per esplorare il Friuli. La posizione è comoda, a pochi minuti dall’autostrada, ma immersa nella tranquillità, con una splendida vista sulle montagne. Tutto è ben curato, dalla cucina super attrezzata alla zona living ampia e luminosa. Ottima anche la camera padronale: silenziosa, comoda e con un materasso davvero confortevole. Il soppalco aggiunge un tocco originale alla casa. Molto comodo anche il self check-in a qualsiasi ora. Proprietari attenti e casa perfetta per relax o sport all’aria aperta. Super consigliata!

L’alloggio è molto confortevole e pratico per raggiungere i dintorni di Sacile. Io e mia moglie siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo apprezzato molto il silenzio e la tranquillità. Annalisa è sempre disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

My wife and I stayed here for a bit over 3 months, and everything about the stay was perfect. The house was beautiful and spotless, the views were amazing, the neighbors were very friendly, and Federica and Andrea were outstanding hosts. Federica was available to give us advice or help anytime, and answered questions we had very quickly. If you're considering staying here we highly recommend it. :) Thank you Federica and Andrea!

Muy buena opción en Gemona, en un barrio tranquilo, muy cerca de las estaciones de tren y autobus y del centro histórico. Muy accesible en automóvil, con comercios a mano. La ubicación es para sentir el verdadero ritmo de Gemona, como un vecino más y no como turista. Los anfitriones, Paola y Simone, son de diez! Siempre pendientes a las necesidades, amables, serviciales y dispuestos a dar una mano. El departamento es enorme, cómodo y muy bien equipado para estadías largas. En todo momento, me sentí como en mi casa!

Amazing place to stay! We did the Corsa della Bora race which started in Barcola (400m away) so the location was ideal. 3 adults and one 2year old child. Rene had a bed available for the little one, towels, blankets, bed sheets etc. - everything available and clean. Could not have wished for more! We got sent the exact adress shortly before including pictures on where to get up - the flat is at the top of a couple stairs, can't see it from the road but Rene and his wife / son came down to help us carry lagguage and showed us around. Parking slots down by the road (no time limit, for free). Great place to stay for a city trip to Triest and around! Grazie per tutti, Rene!

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

Andrea and Deborah were amazingly welcoming and kind. They showed me around their beautiful house and answered my questions. The gorgeous home was absolutely spotless and the attention to detail in terms of furnishings gives the home a warm inviting atmosphere. Furthermore, the vintage photo- graphs offer a glimpse into the family history of the home. I felt very relaxed and comfortable as did Archie, our Golden Retriever and we would definitely stay here again.

Siamo stati molto bene l. Abbiamo soggiornato con un bambino piccolo di 1 anno e Cristiana ci ha fornito tutto l essenziale per lui ,Alleggerendo così la mole di bagagli da portarci dietro. È sempre stata disponibile e gentile. Se dovessimo tornare da quelle parti valuteremo sicuramente di tornare lì. Vicino casa, c’è una bellissima passeggiata in mezzo al verde che accosta il fiume Piave,da fare assolutamente. Sotto casa c’è tutto quello che serve:Bar,ristoranti,panifici ,gelateria e farmacia.

Una location impeccabile gestita da persone altrettanto impeccabili, premurose e disponibili. Da sottolineare la dolcezza e l'approccio dei proprietari nei confronti delle persone e la loro spiccata attenzione all'ecosostenibilità. Mi sono sentita accolta come un membro della famiglia, con delle attenzioni che andavano fuori dalle mie aspettative. Lo chalet era perfetto, la cura dei dettagli per niente scontata, e nessun aspetto a livello di confort è stato tralasciato, ma piuttosto attentamente curato. La torta di benvenuto preparata da Alessandra, era buonissima, una coccola graditissima dopo il mio lungo viaggio. Il luogo e i proprietari sono un incanto, e come se mi fossi catapultata i un'altra realtà, dove il buono, il genuino e il tenero sono parole d'ordine, come in una favola. Ho già prenotato una prossima vacanza da loro, è sono in forse per una terza, tanto sono rimasta ammaliata da queste personcine, meravigliose e rare, e dalla loro location perfetta e unica.

Lovely home! The “smart home” made everything very easy to use. We were offered a key but never used it because the smart locks worked so well. The hosts thought of every little detail, there was even a treat for us waiting the first evening. We felt right at home. It was a great stay and will be our first choice for future trips in the area.

Appartamento caldo e accogliente, abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte ma ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Luminoso, spazioso e pulito: in sei persone ci siamo stati alla grande! Glauco e sua sorella sono stati molto gentili, sempre reattivi e disponibili alle nostre domande/richieste. Molto consigliato!

Appartamento molto comodo (vicino a supermercati, bar e ristoranti) e ben curato, dotato di tutte le comodità e completo anche dell’occorrente per cucinare. Bella la vista dalla cucina! Grazie mille, Giuliana, per l'ospitalità!

Communication with Ilaria was very friendly, apartment is comfortable. We spent most of the time at the sea so I cannot say anything about the surroundings, except that there were mosquitos but windows have protection screens so no problem inside. Climatisation is great benefit as well!
