I had a fantastic stay, it was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area.

Great place! Chase has been responsive for any problems and everything was exactly as advertised. Apartment is really catchy and definitely worth your book. On top of that there were enough towels and everything was really clean.

We enjoyed 5 days in Fransiscos apartment - all was good and easy managed. Apartment is good size for 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 children). Toilet a bit small - but its ok - its clean and what is needed is there. The apartment has a sideview of the ocean - very nice place to relax. Fransisco offered flexible checkin and checkout. We recommend this rental.

Muy buen alojamiento en las afueras del centro histórico de Málaga. Con un supermercado al frente. Nuevo edificio perfectamente amoblado y con una vista espectacular. Parking privado.

Great host, perfect location. Make sure you bring your ear plugs and sleep mask for a peaceful night sleep.

Stylish and spotlessly clean apartment with amazing views and even more stunning views from the roof terrace on the 30th floor! Quiet at night, comfy bed… like a posh hotel suite with added bonus of its own kitchen. Definitely recommend.

Gracias Javier! La verdad que la pasamos excelente en el piso, es tal cual está descripto y se ve en las fotos, todo impecable, nuevo y muy completo. Estuvimos alojados 3 días visitando Malaga y alrededores y la hubicación para nosotros fué ideal, en una zona tranquila cerca de todo, de facil acceso con vehículo propio y a pocos minutos de los lugares más turísticos de Malaga para visitarlos. Javier y Maria, su señora, nos respondieron prontamente siempre que los necesitamos y resolvieron todas nuestras inquietudes rápidamente, incluso Maria nos recomendo un restaurant en nuestro siguiente destino, Granada, al cual fuimos y fué todo un acierto. Si volviera a Malaga no dudaría un segundo en elegir nuevamente alojarmente en el piso de Javier.

5 Stars – Beautifully Designed, Perfectly Located! This apartment was absolutely stunning! The design is modern, sleek, and incredibly well thought-out. Every corner of the space feels intentional—stylish yet comfortable, with a real sense of calm and luxury. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this not just a place to stay, but a place to relax and enjoy. The layout is spacious and family-friendly, the furnishings are high-quality, and the whole apartment was spotless when we arrived. We also really appreciated how comfortable the beds were—such a bonus after long days exploring! And honestly, the location couldn’t be better. We hadn’t even realized how much we’d save by having everything right outside our door—bars, restaurants, shops, the beach, and even a water park were all just minutes away. Yet, in the evenings, the apartment was peaceful and quiet—tucked away just enough to feel like your own little escape. The hosts were wonderful—super responsive and helpful

Fantástica vivencia en la villa , muy cerca de la playa y con fantásticas vistas , la única pega fue para el día de la salida demasiado temprano , pienso que lo normal sería si la entrada a la vivienda es alas 16;00 lo correcto sería que la salida fuera ala misma hora , !

We had a great stay at Estefania’s house. The house was very spacious and located just a short walk from the beach. It’s very family-friendly, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.

La casa estaba en perfecto estado, así como todo el mobiliario y los útiles de la casa. La ubicación en el pueblo es espectacular, al lado de la zona de ocio y restauración. El anfitrión es atento, profesional y amable y todas las cuestiones que le planteamos nos ayudo siempre de forma rápida y eficiente....

My husband and myself stayed in Sebastian 's house in the old town of Marbella for 4 nights. The house was just perfect for our needs- really comfortable and spotlessly clean. But the real attraction of this house is the location- walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. And with a lovely little garden opposite the front entrance. Just so nice. And Sebastian was so helpful- we asked about getting to the airport and he sent me all the information we needed straight away. A great stay in Marbella. Thank you Sebastian. 😊

Gorgeous place that was updated in the best ways to keep a rustic style. In the centre of El Burgo, shops, pharmacies and restaurants are only a couple minutes away by foot. Check in was incredibly easy, fexible and straight forward.

The villa was stunning, me and my 9 friends stayed for my 30th. We opted for the warm pool and was worth it. 20 mins to Puerto Banus and 10 minutes to breathe breakfast. Kitchen amenities were class and all the bedrooms were a good size. Nacho was very responsive and answered any questions I had quick. He also accommodated our late check out which was a relief. Hairdryers and iron board was good. Bed was comfy in my opinion. Showers were always hot, I liked the long table outside for drinks. Air con was good with the remote control addition. Supermarkets were 10 minutes walk away. Some tea and coffee was provided. Room was edited based on our preferences of single or double beds. Nah I sorted out a shuttle bus to and from the airport which was cheap and classy. It’s a lot bigger than the pictures suggest. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wir haben drei wunderbare Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Unser 9-jähriger Sohn hatte großen Spaß beim Angeln am nahegelegenen Strand – auch wenn dieser eher schlicht ist, war es für uns genau das Richtige.​ Die Wohnung selbst ist hervorragend ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders die moderne Küche und die gemütliche Einrichtung haben uns gefallen. Auch wenn man nachts etwas den Autobahnlärm hört, hat uns das nicht gestört.​ Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir kommen sehr wahrscheinlich nächstes Jahr wieder – vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Excellent communication with the hosts and easy clear instructions. The place was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed. Facilities are excellent, from the pools to the parking and we particularly enjoyed the spa and cinema room. Neighbours are quiet and friendly, and the service staff helpful. Great place just as described!

Appartment was exactely as on photos. It was very clean. All necessary equipment was available in the kitchen. We appreciate big terrace. To the beach only 10 min by walk. Shops and restaurants nearby. I really recommend Jose appartment for vacations.

great place, near the airport, an hour bus ride from Málaga and right next to all the amenities youll need. Diego was very helpful and came to meet us early in the morning to let us in after our plane was delayed.

L’appartamento è in condizioni eccellenti e dotato di tutte le comodità. La pulizia è impeccabile. Si trova in una zona centralissima, a breve distanza dai principali monumenti della città e ricca di pub e ristoranti di ogni genere. Il trasporto da e per l’aeroporto è molto rapido ed economico. Noi abbiamo utilizzato Uber (costo 15-17 €). Ma il vero valore aggiunto è stato rappresentato dagli host, Monica e Diego. Abbiamo ricevuto in anticipo una enorme quantità di consigli di tutti i generi, sui luoghi da visitare in Málaga e nei dintorni alla lista dei migliori ristoranti. Questo ci ha permesso di programmare al meglio la nostra vacanza. Abbiamo poi incontrato Diego al check-in e in questa occasione ci ha dato ulteriori suggerimenti e soprattutto ci ha letteralmente travolti con il suo entusiasmo e il suo amore per Málaga e la sua regione. Assolutamente raccomandabile, non possiamo che assegnare cinque meritatissime stelle!

We LOVED this place and Malaga Royal property management are extraordinary (we mainly dealt with Inez who is just wonderful). Incredible to deal with. The property looks exactly like the pictures in a beautiful 3 story building. We stayed for a month and would stay here again. Just enough away from the main plazas to make it feel less touristy but close enough where everything was easily walkable. Negatives? Beds are a little hard. There’s noise from the Mexican restaurant next door. You can hear noise from the apartment above. Highly recommend this property or any managed by Malaga Royal

Négy csodás napot töltöttünk itt 2 felnőtt, 2 gyerek. Szuper lokáció, minden szükséglet 1 percre van. A legjobb élelmiszer boltok és top Churreria pont mellette, a tengerpart két sarok, útközben spanyol éttermek, fagyizó, játszóterek, stb. Központi elhelyezkedéshez képest rendhagyóan csendes, igényesen felújított, autentikus spanyol apartman. A házban lift is van, ami nagyon ritka errefelé és babakocsival így sokkal könnyebb volt a lakásba jutás. A lakás nagyon tiszta és jó beosztású, könnyen otthonossá vált számunkra. Niki a host mindenben rendelkezésükre állt, minden kérdésünkre azonnal válaszolt. Biztosan jövünk még!
