Detached Studio with a small ensuite and outside hot tub, and private access. Provisions for continental breakfast included. We offer a picturesque location just 900 mts from the beach and cafes, in the heart of beautiful Grange, with the train a 5 min walk away. The studio is equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and microwave - there is no oven - but please feel free to use the BBQ for cooked meals.

They communicated to us that they provide some breakfast items. I mentioned that I have Celiac Disease but not to worry as I always carry food items with me. To our greateful surprise, they provided GF bread & cereal as well as other cereals, butter, OJ, milk, & jams. We had a couple of issues and I wrote to Noel and he was right there in a few minutes and resolved them. The place is comfortable and we would highly recommend staying with Noel & Valerie.”
My home has a friendly , warm feel, you be welcome by my cats to say hello, room has a queen size bed , builtins, side table with light and tv , towels , Internet , room has lock on door , you have the use of the kitchen fridge for your cold items , laundry washing products included, there are tea and coffee sachets for you to use. There's a bus 150 at the end of my street that will take you to the city in 15 min , semaphore beach , walking distance to a supermarket, kitchen to cook in
