All bedrooms have new memory foam mattresses. Completely fenced in back and side yard. Cleaned and sanitized with non-toxic cleaners and no perfumes or artificial scents for the allergy sensitive. Finished basement with an additional living area and a 3/4 bath (bath and sink, but no toilet) Great front porch and back porch.
