The accommodation is well-located and well-equipped. The location is ideal for visiting the island from North to South. The residence is well maintained and secure, near local shops and various supermarket brands. The playground across the street is a plus for families. I would highly recommend this rental 👍🏻

The major asset of this apartment is the splendid view of the bay of St Florent! It is also very well equipped. We slept well (the sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable) and the breakfast on the balcony delighted us. Anthony's welcome is thoughtful. Thanks to him!

A spotless and new accommodation in a quiet residence with a very large terrace ideal for enjoying the magnificent sea view which is only a few meters away (exactly matches the photos) Ideally located in St Florent close to all activities to do in Cap Corse. We had a perfect stay, I highly recommend it!!

Rental February 2025, we enjoyed: accommodation heated from the day before, the cleanliness of the accommodation, the flexibility of Jérome both during our arrival and our departure to adapt to boat schedules, Jérome's punctuality and his attention with a bottle of Corsican wine to welcome us. Very nice accommodation, very well equipped (cooler, snorkling mask, hair dryer, steamer etc.). A big plus for the terrace and its beautiful sea view with its beautiful sunsets. New neighborhood, quiet, Spar, bakery and small shops 8mn walk away. Anne-Marie is very responsive by message and we were won over by this place and Véry our dog too.

A great stay! The house is welcoming and the setting is idyllic. We had a wonderful vacation, in a clean and ideal accommodation for 4 people. Above all, we are delighted by the little exterior that allowed us to spend beautiful evenings enjoying the Corsican sun. The accommodation is well located, close to the main roads. We had a great time with Bruno, who is a very friendly host, he was able to guide us on a few things to do nearby. The accommodation is very clean, very spacious and comfortable, the terrace overlooking the sea is beautiful, and the place is very quiet!

The place is very nicely located – morning sun and view of the sea. The beach right by the house is an old harbor, good for a quick swim. Nearby there is a nice sandy beach with a small nice bar (within walking distance). Also important: Laure is a phenomenal host – she gets 6 out of 5 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Because of a strike at the port, we were in an emergency, and she helped us spontaneously and selflessly. That was absolutely phenomenal and a great ray of hope in a difficult situation. Thank you Laure!

Pleasant and well-equipped accommodation, at the end of the quiet residence, while being close to the pool. Close to shops and the beach. Perfect for a family.

The place matched the pictures and the description and the pictures. It's about a 2-minute walk to the beach. It's not even a minute to the pool. The pool was always clean, well-maintained and relatively empty. The beach is also nice. We often went into the water with bathing shoes, as there are some stones there. Adults can also stand relatively long. We particularly liked the terrace, where you have shade in the morning and can enjoy the sea view. Laure always gave us quick and helpful answers to questions. We had a lovely stay and will especially miss the great sunrise from the terrace.

Beautiful place to stay in a private residence a short walk to the beach. Super functional and very enjoyable bathroom. 2 toilets in the house including one in the bathroom. Great when there are children. 3 bedrooms upstairs. Functional kitchen, plancha and nearby shops. Well equipped accommodation, I would recommend it. The host is very friendly and makes sure everything goes smoothly at check-in (which was self-contained for us).

This property offers spectacular views of the sea and surroundings. It is very nice and quiet, in the middle of a garden. The beach and the city are easily accessible from the property. The host was very polite and kind and responded very competently to any questions. Recommended!

Anthony's place is very well located not far from Bastia. The sea view from the living room and balcony is great. I recommend it.

Very bright and pleasant new apartment, beautiful terrace with pool. The weather didn't allow us to enjoy the outdoors. St Florent is a charming place as a vacation spot.

What a positive about the place and the involvement of our host Charline. The area is super nice with LOZARI beach 5 min walk which is quiet and the water was still good for swimming in mid-October. Nearby hikes, bakery, SPAR, restaurants... The CALVI-ILE ROUSSE area is beautiful as well as small villages at altitude The only downside was the presence of mosquitoes which, by their voracity, prevented us from enjoying the terrace of the accommodation

Absolutely perfect accommodation. Furniture, decor, cleanliness, best of the best! We enjoyed staying there and we will be delighted to come back. Bruno and his wife are lovely and very flexible on check-in times. Bruno is super responsive if you have any questions about how the home works. In short, go for it! Book it! Indeed nice apartment with all amenities ideally located to enjoy the sea and the very convenient pool with children. And to discover beautiful Corsica. The village of San Nicolao is worth a visit. Weather stopped there. Beautiful waterfalls and swimming nearby as well as the park as presented by our hosts. Close to Bastia. Many other destinations easily accessible. A great vacation!
